I called Lowes to give me a quote on new windows. A guy named Jason came out to give me a estimate. I had 3 estimates and Lowes had the cheaper price. He was supposed to call me back a couple days later as I was waiting for more info. He never called, I called him back twice and sent a email. NOTHING!! So I called the store back and explained the situation and they apologized and said they would get back to me. NOTHING!! I do NOT recommend getting windows from Lowes. It's been nothing but a COMPLETE waste of my time!!

Spent $7,000 on a lawnmower that Lowes Delevan, WI delivered to me and had assembled prior to delivery. The open box of spare parts and tools from the manufacturer was missing the spare key to the unit. The lawn & garden department was useless as they wanted to pass the buck and have me call the manufacturer to get it replaced. When I explained I was holding them liable since it came assembled from them with the box containing the keys opened and missing a key, the agent explained they don't assemble them that they send units out and another company does it. Complete lack of concern for my situation, zero initiative to help with resolution and did nothing but offer deflective points to avoid responsibility. When I explained it was a pricey investment and I shouldn't have to go through frustrations to get resolution on an issue I was promptly interrupted and told "I'll get a supervisor." Waiting on a call back from that agent. Terribly frustrating. *Got the call back. Instructed to call Ego...more calls, more waiting and more time spent to resolve an issue I'm not responsible for. No apology from the supervisor. Terrible handling of the situation. I would have gladly assembled myself with a guarantee I wouldn't misplace any parts. This is very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience with Lowes. I purchased a dishwasher 2 weeks ago, along with installation. I was told I had to pay an additional $40 for a permit to have the new one put in place of the old one. I was also told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to schedule the install. Four days later I call and the install department had no clue I had even received my dishwasher and had not planned to call to install because they were waiting for that notification. That is fixed. I was then told they have 7 days to call and schedule install. 7 days later, still no call. I call install line, they are waiting for the city to grant them the permit. I call the city to ask what the hold up is. They said there is no permit needed. I call Lowe's back and explain. Refunded the $40. Assured the installer will call. Today, two weeks after purchase, I call and ask for a status as I have still heard nothing. They scheduled it for May 31st. They didn't speak with anyone, just scheduled it. I will be at work. They can't give me a time until the night before when the installer makes his route. So 3weeks after purchase I may (or may not) have the dishwasher out of my living room and installed to use. Had I not called and asked, no one would have even been here to have it be installed. Also, despite asking no less than 3 people to change the phone number is the system, that is not accurate either. Fortunately the number in the system is my dad, so I at least know no one has actually called. Never again Lowe's.

I have ordered many items and most all are rescheduled and delivered months late. I've been given 5 different delivery dates on 10 doors. I am informed the day I am to pick them up, it will be another week or two. Five times now. Unacceptable. Fraud. It cost me more in lost labor than the cost of the doors.

Nice store ,helpful people, good prices. Question why not bring back the death penalty for bad people who kill?? Police, fire men, and young kids and elders. Who are just living and helping others.

Our 3 yr old washing machine purchased from Lowes stopped working March 14, 2022. We bought the extended warranty and believed Lowes would honor the warranty service we paid for and fix our equipment. There is only one Lowes authorized repair company for our area, they are located more than an hour away, and have cancelled our service appointments multiple times only hours before they were supposed to arrive to look at the machine. It’s been over 6 weeks and we can’t even get the Lowes service company to show up to look at it! The next available appointment will be more than 2 months from the original date of the washing machine breaking and based on previous experience, they won’t show up for the next appointment anyway. Customer Service keeps giving us the run around and promises of emails or further communication from Lowes NEVER comes through. The cover of their protection plan pamphlet says “Forget the Worry” - well I can tell you that is absolutely false! Better off to forget Lowes altogether and go somewhere else for your home appliances.

First, as I grabbed some totes, there were only 2 lids stocked in a reachable are you customers, next, when I asked an employee for help getting some off of the top shelf, she called across the intercom for an employee to assist us, however after 15 minutes of waiting we had still not been assisted. I ended up picking different totes only to get to the SELF checkout and to our dismay the woman who called over the intercom RUSHED over and scanned her our items for us meanwhile another man who was white was then allowed to scan his own items, not only this but she then WATCHED US until our payment was accepted by the card reader, when she then walked away. VERY DISSATISFIED

First visit to a WI Lowes, as we don’t have one in the Madison area. Definitely a step up from Menards and the Home Depot. The staff were VERY helpful and attentive.
