Yesterday we went to pick up a tool box from this place and whoever women with the purple hair did a crappie job on finding our tool box first of all she didn’t do her job right and I believe she has no clue what’s she’s doing .. she told us it was not in when it really was . I work in retail.. I do work in receiving at Krueger’s Hardware.. I do make sure I get the customers what they ordered and give to them when arrived.. I will never go back there again do your job right and get trained well or don’t work there

This is what's going to a Home Depot is supposed to be like. We had knowledgeable help from the staff and the store wasn't junky like the one in Madison. I have renewed faith in this store.

Do NOT buy carpet from Home Depot! First They lied about how far they were booking installs. Told me 2-3 weeks when I purchased. It ended up being almost 7. The day before the install, they told me some carpet arrived damaged and they wouldn’t be able to complete one scheduled room. I was willing to work with them. On the day of the install, the workers showed up, stayed for 5 minutes, then told me they needed to go to the store. They left and never came back! 3 hours later, I call the store and they tell me they dropped the job because we had storage bins in one room and my son left his shoes in the closet. They never told me it was an issue or gave me an opportunity to fix it. After waiting 7 weeks, I got ZERO carpet and now they are trying to charge me a 20% restock fee for a refund! Buyer beware!

They have a friendly/knowledgeable staff & I more often than not, I find what I'm looking for at a good price. The home appliance area needs a little work lol. We waited almost 3 months for a refrigerator but super happy with the fridge we bought.

Great place for hardware, wood, gardening tools, appliances, paint, tools, etc. Very clean store. Staff was very friendly. Items were easy to find. Overall this is one of the better home depots I have been to. Found everything I needed.

Stopped by to browse the plant selection in the garden center. There is a wide range of shrubs, trees, and flowers. I got so excited, I spent double what I planned, but got four times the items I thought I would. It was the perfect time to visit as the in ground garden soil was on sale.

Not good! The last two online orders, one for delivery to the store and one for delivery direct to home, were botched. With the store pick up, they only gave us one of the four windows, us having to return to pick up the remaining three. Always indicating that the full order was ready for pickup. Total inconvenience. With the delivery direct, it was supposed to arrive on a given day, but never did - no call, no notification, no nothing. Anticipating the delivery on the date it was expected, the stove was disconnected and removed from the house - now I wait, with no stove. Another inconvenience. Very disappointed in the recent service at this store.

The associate I believe his name is Jimmy help me and he was beyond helpful… Walked me to each product that I was looking for and assisted me like no other associate I have ever encountered in the past… This Home Depot experience frankly blew me away in a positive manner. I let the manager know of this incredible encounter.
