Mario went so above and beyond to help my daughter and her 4 children when they were stranded on side of road 700 miles from their destination it was nothing short of incredible, all by phone. The axel on the trailer they owned broke 2.5hrs into a cross country move. While they didn't have a trailer at his location & there was an overall shortage of available trailers in the area, he went out of his way and was able to locate one for them, we never could have located on our own. I can't begin to express my gratitude for his helping perfect strangers, whom he'll never meet. I hope they know what a great employee they have.
