Had a car check up at the dealer. Was told I was in serious need of brakes. I drove terrified until I was able to get to Big O. There's nothing more disconcerting than to have the mechanic show up early. I was not only told but was shown how brake wear is measured. I did not need immediate brake attention & was sent on my way. Will I go back when I need brakes? You betcha'! Thank you Marvin for being a stand up guy!!

My wife’s new tire failed after 8 days and I had to replace the tire on the road. I was extremely agitated to say the least when I went into the shop. Darrel Jones proceeded to calm me down and replaced the tire very quickly. I am very pleased with the Big O Tiers response.

I've found a full service shop for all of my future needs! Special thanks to Darrell and Marvin. I am updating my review because I had a big vehicle issue, and the guys took great care of my van. They answered all questions, were patient with my situation, and were all around wonderful human beings helping me get my vehicle back on the road. I have taken both of my Toyota Avalon and had nothing but great customer service. Wait time for repairs was quick and was informed if anything needed to be addressed further. Just purchased set of tires (4) and the price, service and wait time was outstanding. I am a repeat customer and will continue to have auto service done at this location.
