My wife and I have tried the hometown pickup in Owensville, Ohio. The first time we were given a completely different order( we realized, due to items we didn’t order in bags), told the person there that the Oder wasn’t incorrect. Minutes later she found our order, only to find that our order wasn’t all there. We called customer service and they refunded the items.
The wife and I believe in second chances, so we tried it again today. Again our order was only half complete, needless to say we had to go through customer service again to get a refund and now we have to go the the actual physical store to get groceries.
This hometown pickup has been more of an inconvenience than a convenience. ~Arnoldo
