I'm having surgery tomorrow morning. I need the 2 medicines to proceed. When I dropped off, they said 2 hours. It's been 6 and I'm trying to ask for an eta and I've been on hold 47 minutes and counting. There has to be a better way.

The pharmacist at this location was very nice. I came in earlier than expected to get my vaccine and she got me in and out. She was the only employee in the pharmacy department and was still pleasantly nice although very busy.

The slowest 24 hr pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My sons antibiotics were called in yesterday at 11 am and is just now being filled today at 7am. There's no reason for this period!!

I would recommend everyone to switch somewhere else, the portly gentleman with the thinning hairline was just shouting out personal information about a customer's prescriptions. I'm personally reporting this to the BBB. I've never seen such an unprofessional display in customer service in my life

I've tried not to do this, but now I consider it my responsibility as a citizen. This pharmacy is severely mismanaged. Staff are unprofessional, confrontational, and rude. I think the only asset they have to offer is being open 24 hours, a security which gives them no incentive to improve their performance. Only some of the problems I've encountered: --One of the head pharmacists regularly hangs up on patients and makes fun of them with his techs, in front of other patients. --If that were not deterrent enough, frequent serious medical mistakes are made. I am chronically ill with several medications that I need to remain alive. I cannot report how often they are out of stock on life-sustaining medications like insulin. --My mother, an elderly customer, was once given another man with an entirely other name's heart medication, which could have killed her. --Worst of all is the wait, regardless of the diligence of my doctors in calling in medications: hours, even days, have passed, when meds I need to STAY ALIVE, with valid rx's, have gone unfilled (with no notification that would alert me to take alternate measures to obtain said meds). When you ask for an explanation, you receive only belligerence. I have tried for years to be patient with the behavior at this CVS, and to understand their surplus of clients makes their job difficult, but no matter how cordial and understanding I am, the mismanagement and rudeness persist. This incompetence is also not unique to CVS as a company. The stores in downtown Hamilton and in Oxford are, for instance, vastly superior. Try them out if you want to remain a CVS customer. I really hate writing reviews like this, but I genuinely believe using this service is dangerous if you have significant health problems. Be careful, because if you have genuine needs, you will be treated as a nuisance by both pharmacist and staff.

There is no reason there were only 4 cars ahead of me and I had to wait 50 minutes in line for my medicine. Had I not been very sick and had my prescriptions called in here, I would of left after 20 minutes. Almost an hour in line everytime I atleast wait 20 minutes or more at this location even with just two cars ahead. They have rude customer service on the phone as well I was even being friendly and trying to understand they’re rude. I understand every place is short staffed but it doesn’t explain what takes so long and the rudeness. They also send a text saying your medicine is ready and then when you get there and wait in line they say it will be another hour. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a reoccurring problem here, slow poor service. I will be switching pharmacies after today. The lady only spoke to me when I first pulled up to the window. She sent my papers to sign without a word then sent my medications without a word as well. Never asked if I had any questions or said anything again after the first time just threw my stuff out to me and kept moving. Poor customer service.

This is the worst customer service ever, and slowest service than anywhere I’ve ever been! My husband broke his foot. So I’m here getting scripts for him because it’s the only 24 hour pharmacy close by. I’ve been here for TWO HOURS when I was told it would take 15 minutes. He has served multiple customers that came in after me. The pharmacist has answered the phone multiple times and been rude as hell talking to them and SLAMMED the phone down on a patient. The pharmacist is not professional whatsoever. His hair is disgusting, like he hasn’t washed it in days and he is just rude and mean! Not to mention the whole pharmacy area is disgusting as well. Like how does this place still run?

Dropped off prescription here after being discharged from the hospital. Gave my insurance and everything they asked for. Went to pick up my prescription they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Which by this time it was 11pm, I was needing to take my meds and all other pharmacies were closed. I should have received a call as soon as they figured that out or better yet. Told me when I dropped off the prescription. Something. Anything would have been better than how this was handled.
