Everytime I go to this dollar tree all the workers are yelling & cussing at their phones , one time the guy was talking about how he was about to get jumped & needed to call the cops running around the store cussing & everything , they sit outside & just smoke. I had to wait for someone to come in so I could pay. It’s honestly so dirty & they literally sit there & talk about drama.

Almost got into a physical altercation with the cashier a few months ago...she was trying to close store early on us and was running her mouth...I'd suggest dollar tree dont have such hot headed ppl work for them..for that reason will not give dollar tree any of my support nor money...I did call and complain but.....crickets!! Anyway this store is never opened or stocked either...not worth your time honestly

I tried to go here 3 weeks ago @4PM, closed. Last week 5PM, closed. Called today @445PM to see if they’d be open and was greeted with “Thanks for calling dollar tree but we’re closed”. Gone head and shut this one down. Pointless.

As someone who worked there, it wasn’t the worst job I’ve ever had but nowhere near the best at all. My first day I was left alone with 6 people in my line while the other 3 people working with me that day sat outside and smoked. I’ve never worked anywhere that allows so many smoke breaks in one shift. I’ve had a few friends who worked there who had the same experience. The store would be much cleaner and organized if the workers took time out of smoke breaks to work.

Absolutely love this store!! Always have what I go in there looking for, for the most part, so no complaints. The staff is always really nice and always will help if I ask for help finding something. Highly recommended!! Would of gave 5 stars if it was a lot of cleaner though.

I went for a shower cap as well as a cple other items they should've had. I walked out with $5 worth of stuff that wasn't anything that I went in there for. Many of the shelves and racks were empty. At one point, while standing in one of the isles I overheard a conversation among the only two employees there, who happened to be doing something in the next isle over. I won't repeat it here as it was pretty vulgar. I just say that it was an old joke in reference to the smell of a woman's private parts. They weren't quiet about it at all, and had to be aware that there were customers in the store, so I was a little taken aback. A short while later, when I was ready to check out, the store was empty. I stood at the edge of the registers and announced myself a couple of times by saying "hello" and asking if anyone was there. I could see a couple of ladies outside in front of the store smoking but I thought surely they weren't both the employees out there. So I said "hello" again, and again no response. I stepped over into the 1st lane where I could clearly be seen by whatever security cameras there were, and the two ladies out front, whereby one of the girls looked up took a few seconds to put out her cigarette and came in. I jokingly told her that I was calling for someone and she responded by apologizing and explaining that she was trying to "sneak in a quick cigarette break". As a smoker myself, I understand the need to take a break. As a former retail store business owner, I would've expected the situation be handled differently, and in a much more professional manner. On a positive note, if one is looking for birthday and/or party supplies (i.e. balloons, cards, etc), they appeared to have a decent supply of those types of items. Additionally, the store was relatively clean. Those two things are what get the 3-star rating from me.

Had the worst experience today with a cashier. Instead of a cart I had a basket and set it on the belt. She says, oh you'll have to dump all that out. So, I start taking the stuff out no problem. Or so I thought. She started saying I was disrespectful and throwing stuff at her. Say what? Wasn't even thinking about that, just dumping each item onto the belt as she asserted. I asked for the Mgr and her response was to open a new lane and tell her to go on break. Cashier kept ringing people, and was rude to the next customer who didn't hear her total and god forbid asked her to repeat. She did, with a visible attitude. Her Mgr picked up on it too as I noticed. Will not be going to that one anymore. Every other dollar tree I've been to has great customer service, but the new one needs to train their employees in what is respect and what is not.

All my experiences at the store have been pretty good there's never a lot of people in there and it's an easy in and out place to shop. If there is really anything negative to say about them it is that once an item is out-of-stock it seems like it takes weeks before that said item gets back in stock. But other than that the places great and the employees seem pretty nice
