Years ago I needed a replacement part for the rails that the dresser draws glide on and they helped me. My Son was in wood shop and the project he wanted to do required 2 different kinds of wood and the school didn’t have what he needed. He needed a big color difference. I called hoping for advice where to get it, Thomas the owner answered and said come over bring your Son I think we can help. He gave my Son a tour, had him pick some wood out. I was happy to pay and he said he only wanted a picture when it was done! Such a amazing company and kindness does matter. I will always remember this as I am sure my Son will! He really inspired my Son! We sent him that picture, the project a chess board came out amazing. We can’t express how much we appreciate it!

Tom at Effort Woodcraft, and my sub Steve, designed a kitchen for me which is a wonderful use of the space - the end product is much more than I hoped. The kitchen layout utilizes the space wonderfully, and the craftsmen from Effort Woodcraft were very pleasant and skilled. In addition they outdid themselves with their attention to detail. We used Effort Woodcraft for a custom designed bar with cabinets and stone countertops. Their people installed the countertops incorrectly with the seams not even meeting. After multiple calls and months of waiting, they came once to assure me they would have it fixed and never showed up again. POOR workmanship, terrible customer service and abysmal follow-up to their errors. They should have more pride in their work. The minor adjustments we needed on the drawer stops were done quickly. The cabinets were finished on time and on budget. Tom’s estimate was less than a competitor. These aren’t home improvement store stock cabinets! We highly recommend Effort Woodcraft.
