This is NOT a quilt shop fabric store. This is an upholstery and specialty fabric shop. While they might be good at what they do, they lack professionalism and customer service. Within minutes of walking into the store I was informed there "is a quilting shop down the road." The store is an eclectic mix of fabrics for all uses. There were a few I actually considered purchasing, however the smell of store had me concerned the fabrics would have the same odor. There are also some odd and ends items also for sale. In the end, I did not make a purchase, but wont consider returning.

This place is amazing! I have been coming to this business for years. From simple alterations to customized clothes for a wedding, sweet 16, etc to even reupholstering furniture. There are no ends to the creativity of this owner and establishment. The owner is such a sweet heart and the kindest person ever. So if you ever need anything made or altered, stop at Aura's Fabrics! You will be glad you did.

Ursula did a great job on my dress. I needed a hem for a formal dress and she did a beautiful job. Dress was even done early. I will definitely be using her for any future alteration needs.

Ursula and Karl are fantastic. They have a wonderful store with a treasure trove of items. You won't be disappointed. So helpful and friendly. I just love going there. I don't think you will be disappointed.
