Worst experience today. I have never had a bad experience at a kwik trip. I've always ran into friendly, knowledgeable staff. I asked the lady if she knew how long it would take to cook a pretzel. She said, I have to check. I said no problem and she checked and told me how long it took. I asked if she could ask the lady to make one for me. Normally, they say they will gladly and when it's done they come find you.. nope.. I waited after I paid for it and was with my 18 month old. It was taking a bit so I go see if she just can't find me and there the pretzels are, out and ready to be taken by whoever wants one.. she was standing there rearranging things so I ask, is that my pretzel? She said yup and doesn't look at me or care to move out of the way since she was right in the way of them so I stand there waiting and she finally turns and says what do you want, me to hand one to you? And shocked, I said yes, I ordered one, paid and was waiting.. she laughs and hands one to me.. still shocked, I leave. I call in and ask what her name was and Kirsten answers very nice but I ask her name and she says "...may I ask why" like I am not allowed.. I say she was very rude and I am going to file a complaint. Very rudely, She said her name is Pam. I said thank you. She does not say bye and she hangs up. If someone's calling to file a complaint, don't add on by being even more rude. I hope they get talked to... Have not been reached out to and today I filed another complaint on her. She definitely recognized me and decided to harass me. She recognized me and my 18 month old so she slammed a pan down next to me to try and get a reaction and I didn't buy into it and ignored her well she didn't like that so she ripped the door our of my hand and decided to get as close as possible to me and my son. I will not be bullied out of my local kwik trip.. this is getting bad and for an employee to be able to act like that and still have their job is baffling...

THEY PRICE GOUGE ON GAS. YOU CAN FIND IT FOR 15 CENTS LESS USING GAS BUDDY OR OTHER FEEDS REPORTING LOCATIONS NOT VERY FAR FROM THIS ONE. OIL PRICES ARE ALREADY FALLING AND KWIK TRIP IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE HIKES AS LONG AS YOU WILL PAY IT. YOU WILL SAVE $3 ON 20 GALLONS AT OTHER STATIONS. IF YOU DON'T MIND WASTING MONEY GO AHEAD AND SPEND IT HERE.

Why in the world would anyone leave a review for a gas station? Let me explain. I have been visiting this Kwik Trip for well over 25 years. Actually got my first tank of gas at this gas station after getting my driver's license. But this review is for February of 2022. I stopped in just about a week ago and one of your Associates Jon ring me out and had a 2-second conversation about my arm surgery I recently had, and he wished me well and fast healing. Fast forward to this Friday the 25th, he completely remembered me and asked me how my bicep tendon was healing. And I said great and was extremely impressed that he remembered that based off of thousands of customers he sees on a weekly basis. Laura the other associate that was working the registers was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I personally manage 42 retail locations and I don't think more than three people in my whole portfolio would be able to remember that like Jon did. In a world that is basically going to hell in a handbasket, Laura and especially Jon brightened my day.

Strange layout inside, always crowded and understaffed, very slow checkout and frequent problems with the chip readers. Good alcohol selection at the counter.

If you care about your safety, don't shop at Kwip Trip. They have a sign on their door requiring face masks but don't enforce it and serve anyone who comes in the door. Manager on duty is only a puppet and states that Corporate will not do anything about it, assuming those that do not wear masks have their own reasons and do not ask questions. Thanks to Kwik Trip for helping spread the Virus and choosing money over the health and safety of their patrons. Even Goodwill monitors those who enter their establishment. Very sad!

Saturday Nite 8/24/19 I am from MKE, I parked in front of the Kwik Trip, as the car was sending steam from the hood of the car. I did not have my cell, so asked if I could use the instore phone to call the owner of the car (my son) and alert him to the issue and get advice. A wonderful woman employee came to the rescue. Not only did she help with the phone, but it was late and when she got off of work at 11pm, helped determine what was wrong with the car! I needed oil and coolant. She drove me to the nearest Store, I picked up the items, and she helped put them in the car! The coolant went out of the car as soon as it was poured so, the problem was obvious. She suggested I leave the car at a nearby auto repair business only a few blocks away. It was a Saturday nite, and the Car had drawn a late nite crowd of folks wanting to help. Since I was the only other woman there, she was kind enough to stay with me until I could get an uber ride home! I can not say enough about this experience, I was so grateful she was there!!! and will always remember what incredible generosity she had shown me. ***** Maureen

I love kwik trip and you should too. Free air from their auto pumps. Fair not gas station prices for their food. Fresh made stuff at a great price. Coffee and soda and tons of beverage options for cheap. Gas is usually the cheapest around. And they have the cheap e85 option now too. Car washes that I've never used. But still great.

Keeping up with the tradition of great Kwik Trip stations this one makes the grade. Excellent value in gas or inside the store. Employees are fast and friendly. Parking lot in and out is a little awkward with the roundabout.

I stopped in today and got a spicy chicken sandwich, a hotdog, and a soda. When checking out, I took all these items including the empty soda cup to the counter. I had my lunch at the bar by the window. On my way out, I was stopped by a snotty employee (he may have been a manager but for the sake of this location I sure hope not) who accused me of not paying for the soda. He told me they had verification that I hadn't paid for it. I described my transaction and explained that I had brought the cup to the counter when I checked out. After talking to the cashier via headset he said "it was a miscommunication but next time tell her to charge you for a soda." If I hadn't needed to get to work and if there weren't many other customers there, I would have raised hell. First of all, why would I steel a soda and drink/refill it on location where I could be seen? Second, is the cashier really so simple-minded that I need to explain that I am holding a SODA cup because I intend to buy a SODA?! What did they think I wanted to do with the cup?! Basically they accused me of stealing instead of checking to see if the cashier had a brain in her head. From now on I will be visiting Daybreak in Delafield - it is better in all aspects.
