Wanted to upgrade my kitchen counters to granite in a newly built house. The product itself was satisfactory but the customer service was lacking. Received the wrong colored sink and didn't find out till I had taken it home. They did fix the issue but but blamed it on the company they bought the sink from... apparently they don't check their inventory when they receive it. I also told them I was replacing my entire sink. I assumed the sink came with the accessories since no one mentioned it. Once receiving the sink and seeing it was missing a matching flange and other parts I had to go back in and have them order parts that should have been ordered the first time. I was told they had a specific color of granite then paid for it and got a call the next day they didn't have it (disappointing to hear when you spend hours debating over a counter). After the granite was installed there was no follow up or anything from the company. Poor customer service all around. Wouldn't recommend and will be trying another company for the rest of my house projects.

Superior provided me with top-notch customer service and highly skilled labor when I contacted them for help after a painting contractor damaged the hardwood in my new house. They handled the repair expertly by first promptly visiting my home to write up an estimate for submission to the painter's insurance company. The fair and well-written estimate facilitated a timely processing of our claim. Then the professionals at Superior created a plan to repair an area of hardwood flooring that is in a very conspicuous place in our open floor plan. They completed the project quickly and impeccably. It is now impossible to distinguish the repaired area from the original floor. I highly recommend Superior Floorcoverings & Kitchens as fast, friendly and truly superior in quality of work and I will be using them for my future remodeling projects.

Very professional. The work in our kitchen looks amazing. They removed the old countertops and put in new granite countertops along with tile to the ceiling. It looks great!!
