Worst bank ever not only made me show my driver's license but give my social security card. Then charged me almost 8 dollars to cash their check. I really hope if you use this bank you switch. The employees are so rude.

Great place to do business.Even though the inside was closed because of virus went through drive thru and as usual all employees i had dealing with were great and pleasant.would highly recommend for banking needs

5+★ We had an absolutely excellent experience here... Our Banker Sarah is fantastic.. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and her expertise was well observed.. Sarah gave us the impression that she is absolutely in the best interest of our money and we love her for that... We have never been in this bank before but will return and glad to have an account here.... We got here today at 4:10 pm and the place was very busy, BUT, this in no way slowed them down and overall, was a display of awsome teamwork by the entire crew.... For the people that left at least one star rating... Please re-read your posts... Just because you don't pay your bills or think that a bank is your personal house or gymnasium does not mean you should leave a one-star rating.... This bank is absolutely professional and in the best interest of your and my money.... NOT YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS..... THIS PLACE IS GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😁👍.. Go see Sarah and this fine crew... If i could give less than one star, i would. Ive never had a pleasant experience in almost a year. Theres constantly a problem with the system, suprise fees, excuse after excuse with these people. Nearly 3 weeks ago, they cancelled my debit card and didnt tell me. 2 weeks later, i call to get the status of my new one, and I was told they didn't know I needed to be issued another card. How? You canceled it and I should have been issued a new card immediately but here we are three weeks later and still no card, I was told, I don't know what happened by the banker on the phone. And I use that term, Banker, very loosely. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Wells Fargo used to be THE bank to secure your funds and take out loans. Starting in 1852, it grew to be the largest bank in the US. How the mighty have fallen. For some reason, today using this branch, they said I could not use a cashiers check to pay my mortgage. Instead I was told to overnight it to their mortgage center in Iowa, which only cost $42 at UPS. I'm hoping they do not mess with my account because of this poor review. I cannot recommend Wells Fargo for your banking needs.

I would not recommend this branch to anyone. I came in with my daddy, a two year old, and a 5 month old. While sitting with the banker, Maricel Laws, my 2 year old had to potty. We are in the middle of potty-training so I asked Maricel where the restroom was located. She informed me there was no public restroom and I would have to travel to the convenient store across the street. Correct me if i am wrong, but this is a public place correct?? You can not even provide a public restroom facility to your customers?! I just couldn't believe that. They have no problem setting up a new account or taking your money but when it comes to general customer service duties they forget all mannerism. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

The worst experience ever!!!! Had a ck from their bank took them 10 min to "call" it in and verify. Then charged me $7.50 to cash it. That was just some "Bull". Will not be back to them
