This was my first time coming to this branch. I didn't know where the line was at and one of the tellers told me to get in line but I saw 2 lines, I think, like I said this was my first time here. Anyways, the teller Norma had a bit of attitude when attending me, and I was with my younger sister which I don't know why they had to know who she was when they were attending me not her. I see now why this branch has low reviews.

Manisha was the BEST, I’m sure that’s why she moved up with promotion, but this Branch should’ve trained people before just cutting them loose. This is my Home store and always looked forward to going there, but now I try to stop at other branches on my way home cause the line here is always backed up to the Registers. Something needs to be done quick cause the people in line waiting forever are talking about switching Banks.

Every since Manisha left this branch it SUCKS!!! How are you a bank without change for your members/business members.I hate I even have to deal with this branch. They feel comfortable enough to tell you they don't have change because they have a order so much of something well you are the bank right....smh

This Branch has a special set of policies totally different from Bank polices . Leaving customers to go to another branch or different bank. Worst banking experience I've ever had and Corporate office doesn't care.
