I've been sitting at the bank trying to make corporate deposit for 30 min. 3 people have ce on gone on their deposits. I ask the banker how long and she says you have many deposits. I have 6 deposits it took 30 min as she casually danced around and showed no general concern to assist me. Now I'm at 40 min this is 5he worst customer service at a bank I've ever encountered. Not to mention the Audi and F350 were served promptly

This bank lacks customer service...even their hours of operation reflect their unwillingness to consider their customers' needs...9 AM - 5 PM. They can't stagger employee hours to remain open until 6 PM so working individuals can take care of their banking needs? Additionally, I recently tried to deposit a check, but they won't accept it because it's over MY limit???! I should be able to deposit any check and possibly the bank may need place a hold on distributing those funds until verified; but NO...they won't even accept it! I'm now looking for another bank.

Usually always can get balance for my card via calling it in here at this bank since I work during bank hours. I called to get balance today and spoke to a gentleman named Ariel and all the sudden I can't get the balance from him and was told I need to find a way to get to bank. Very rude and stressful during these times of uncertainty.

Hardworking, competent tellers. Quick service. The doors are magnet-locked during the day for safety; if they don't open easily, knock and try again 5 seconds later so they can remotely unlock them.

Robert went above and beyond. My dad who is very forgetful made it to the bank on his own with the banker answering all our questions. A Lyft driver I contacted shortly thereafter said the wasn't a bank there, OMG. Robert gave my dad a ride back to the old folks home nearby!!!

Pretty good Bank. Good & bad experiences. Rate 4 stars Update 10/03/17: Rate 3 stars. don't trust their atm for cash deposits. The machine is faulty. Believe it took 80$ this morning. It spit the money back to me several times and then I noticed I was short on money that I brought to deposit. I am ocd about counting my money before deposits. They need to work on their machine. Update Sept 2017-Feb 2018: Rate 1 star. Flaky & insulting manager. And that is an understatement. Be cautious when trusting their word & be prepared for verbal backlash when you try to resolve it. After 5 months of dealing with same issue & keeping my end of the bargain the terms change & more stuff to say but thats enough.

I came to express the lack of care, concern, emotion, common sense, and genius of this particular branch but it seems everything has been listed. The people who work here are lazy, clueless and unaware of how to handle any type of human interaction. Thanks guys.

$5 fee to cash their own checks, unless you have an account. Mobile deposit don't waste your time here. Pros, bank was empty.
