Seems like they are never open even though the hours on the door say they should be.

Worst Bank of America in the entire world, and believe me, I've been to a lot of places. All staff members are extremely disrespectful and especially the manager.

I’m definitely gonna had to consider how I do banking. This location is in the middle of the medical center l, but they never have anyone who can take you. They want to send you all over the city without consideration of people time. Unacceptable!

I'm very unhappy with the level of service and the unwillingness to provide me with the help I needed especially from the branch manager. He was quite frankly very unprofessional and not welcoming with the way he handled my issue. I was in a hurry and was forced to pay an unreasonable fee for a cashier's check. This is the first time I was charged this fee despite going to this branch several times before and getting it for free. It's very disappointing to know that I have to go to another bank to get it at a more cost efficient rate instead of my own primary bank.

Teller was great! However while I waited for my transaction to be completed I had to wait for a manager, I waited good 10-15 minutes. In the meantime line was formed behind me, so basically it was a stand still until manager came back. He finally showed up, with a smoothie in his hand. This was extremely disappointing that the entire bank couldn’t operate because manager decided to leave in the middle of Med Center rush hour. Also not sure why they couldn’t add another teller for that time. I also over heard people behind me that this happens here all the time.

Went in so my family could open a new account and nobody was available to greet us. There was a man in small business banking who saw us and didn’t acknowledge us at all. There was no other bankers around except the two tellers behind the windows. As a competitor with many other banks around I think they should be better with their customer service or have more staff available 👎🏼

I was very well served. Ms. Marwa Muraywed helped me a lot with everything. She is always welcoming, always provides me with the required & necessary information related to my bank account and follows up continuously with me through phone & email to offer help. I am very grateful for knowing her and for being a Bank of America agent. The manager is a very respectful man. During every visit, he makes sure I am well served and getting helped appropriately. Thanks a lot for the great service!

Waited for almost an hour, only to be told to come back later because I didn't have my ID. They should put a more efficient system in place. On a separate occasion: Went to get a document notarized. The person at the front desk was quite hostile and told me Bank of America does not notarize docs without some additional forms that I'm supposed to figure out for myself. All information online suggests that it should be straightforward for account holders to get documents notarized. Very poorly trained staff.

Indifferent & insensitive manager named Annette (excuse my possible misspelling?) at the TX Medical Center branch at Holcombe & Main. Explained that my newly disabled (quadraplegic) brother was having too much difficulty printing out bank statements required for his critical Social Security funding meeting happening asap. Needed a familiar branch to print for him as a courtesy to a loyal customer. Manager repeatedly refused to waive statement fees, though it was evidently a much-needed grace. Seems that they had printed a doc for him once before, not sure how long ago, and waived a fee. Great! Well done! Same manager explained she had taken the time to look up his history but repeatedly refused a waiver. Why so much effort to deny a courtesy at a vulnerable moment? Wish more effort were expended to leave us with more trust in this branch. Should not have had to jump through hoops like the wait hours for manager callback, plus nearly plead with both the first banker and his manager for fee waiver. Unacceptable. Worse, I explained that the competition, Chase, did kindly waive fees even after explaining that they did normally charge for printouts. Fortunately, the BOA branch on Old Spanish Trail, with Wonderful manager Brianna (sp?), put my brother through No delays or refusals in printing docs. Not knowing of our bad encounter with the Med Center branch, this manager offered to come outside, in wintertime, to car to verify ID so he did not lose time (or energy) getting into his wheelchair! Still, my brother may not direct deposit his SS funding to Bank of America as a result of insensitive customer care at BOA Med Center. BOA has lost thousands monthly, to potentially make $15 once.

I'm writing this review while I wait for a new debit card. Which was supposed to be delivered within 5-6 days , that I obviously have not received. Being that I did not receive my debit card and the 1st temporary expired you would think Bank of America would take the extra step by not making me wait 30 minutes for a simple temporary debit card . You guys have 6 offices 3 employees that are not physically helping anyone yet there is a wait . And there is only 2 people here . And three employees one employee is on the computer, who after 20 minutes of me sitting here just received a sandwich from jimmy johns and walking to back to go eat . Another employee is texting walking towards a office and one employee came off of a teller line to handle those that are waiting for assistance which again is 2 people . The manager is nice and personable . But this is absurd. I understand you guys have a specific flow but it is one that shows you don't care about your customers time.
