Worst experience, don’t expect much of a dunking and still stuff super rude and don’t even know the menu. I prefer Starbucks one hundred time over this horrible coffee.

Stopped in to pick up an order. They were out of one of the flavored lattes. They were quick to swap in an iced coffee with out much trouble.

Incompetent staff. Gave me my order still frozen when I requested the croissant stuffers… yet managed to burn the top. Clearly beating the temperature on high rather then balancing the temperature to cook it inside first. Don’t waste your money and time here. Unless you like your food frozen still :)

Manager is rude. Does not help the employees. Mobile orders take 30 minutes to be ready. Employees parking in the handicap spot. Management is awful and it shows, some of the employees try to make up for all the mistakes, and it will never be enough

Unfortunately only one crew member was working. I was impressed by how he remained calm and dealt as efficiently as possible with the long line of customers in addition to following up on mobile orders. Two customers rudely commented as they were leaving because one (visible) employee was trying to manage the entire store. Everyone is doing the best they can.

Come here all the time. This place is horribly understaffed. I'm giving this 2 star review not because of anything wrong with the employees or food etc, purely because of management. It's 1230 and they have 1 person on staff doing everything! Cooking, cashier, drinks, everything! This isn't the first time it's happened either. Management should be embarrassed.

Love this Dunkin’ donuts! It’s always super clean and the employees are always friendly. The drinks and food always taste great and they always make them the way you want. I wish it had a drive through, but it’s in a super convenient spot right off of the highway.

Friendly and courteous staff, baggles as at all Dunkin stores aren't so great. Best part was the presence of high quality TOILET paper in the rest room. I was surprised to see such high quality in a DD. It's most likely a choice by the store owner. A disappointing bagel did not bother me after that.
