Chase markets their ATM machines to be equipped with cardless/contactless access to your own personal bank account yet none of them work. Fix your network or disable the feature for good if you can't maintain it. Have some tegridy. ~Melvin

Worst Bank of America in the entire world, and believe me, I've been to a lot of places. All staff members are extremely disrespectful and especially the manager. ~Said

I've been sitting at the bank trying to make corporate deposit for 30 min. 3 people have ce on gone on their deposits. I ask the banker how long and she says you have many deposits. I have 6 deposits it took 30 min as she casually danced around and showed no general concern to assist me. Now I'm at 40 min this is 5he worst customer service at a bank I've ever encountered. Not to mention the Audi and F350 were served promptly ~Tameka

Had the best experience opening a business checking account. Management (George) was very helpful. It was my 1st business account, so I wasnt entirely sure what i needed. After 5 failed attempts at Chase w/ little help, I tried Comerica. Got it done. Made my week. ~Free

I personally enjoy banking at this Financial Center. The staff have always been pleasant and I rarely have to wait for assistance. I have had documents Notarized and even required a Medallion Stamp that was handled professionally and timely... and the Branch Manager is usually the one that greets you when you enter. ~Perry

My son has a Chase account. He deposited a live paycheck into his account. They froze his entire account, not only the check, but all monies in his account. He cannot withdraw anything he had in the account before the deposit. They said there was a fraud alert on the company check due to his company changing their dba. Regardless as to the fact that the check cleared. Chase refuses to give my son access to his funds before the check in his account. THIS IS THEFT. ~Cyn

This branch located in Hedwig village is above average. The associates are friendly and helpful. But Comerica Bank itself seem to have a lot of turnover. The bank charges seems higher than other banks. ~Chris
