My son has a Chase account. He deposited a live paycheck into his account. They froze his entire account, not only the check, but all monies in his account. He cannot withdraw anything he had in the account before the deposit. They said there was a fraud alert on the company check due to his company changing their dba. Regardless as to the fact that the check cleared. Chase refuses to give my son access to his funds before the check in his account. THIS IS THEFT.

Came inside to do a withdrawal from the atm, didn’t get the money but a number to call, the person sitting next to the atm’s is not helpful at all, the booth person rude as well, so when I tried to get the money that was marked as withdraw from the account, after they put it back she’s questioning which atm did you use? Because that one on the right ( Which I used)has been having issues, use the other one, so I asked the lady sitting next to atm’s why don’t you put a sign that this atm is not giving any money out? She’s like oh no we can’t do that because you can still make deposits on it, OH LORD!!! Wouldn’t be easier to type a sign with that information? Instead of wasting time at your unfriendly window?

They employees and the lady that helped me open my account was really nice and funny, we had a conversation all while efficiently running through the process, it's very clean inside and the employees were kind in asking if we were waiting for something. i. loved. it.

Chase bank is TRASH. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They will make changes to your account with out notifying you. They closed my account due to “inactivity” with absolutely NO NOTICE I’ve been banking with them since I was 16. Them closing my account without my knowledge has caused me personal hardship I was expecting direct deposit just to find out my money has been sent back and now who knows how long I’ll be waiting. Worst bank ever. Save yourself and don’t let this bank waste your time bank some where else.

Highly professional, well mannered, clean environment, the bankers and tellers are very polite towards they customers at all times. The employees evaluation at the bank, needs to be 95.5 percent.

I had an amazing experience that left me feeling safe and secure about switch to another bank. I needed a new account that was with a bank that is in more locations than just Texas. My husband may be traveling for a job and wants to make sure he has way to transfer me funds. Chase was a perfect bank and had many perks. One perk was working with Ms. Kate Barba!! She was fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an account she was personable and professional and she knew what she was talking about. She really helped me better understand the perks of being with Chase. Thank you Kate for helping me feel good about my choice of switching banks!!

I have been a member for over thirty years. The customer service is not excellent but it is good. Unfortunately with online banking, the need for drive thru is no longer available. They generally have only two tellers inside to assist walk in customers but I have never had a rude teller assist me. Overall, I am pleased with the service I have received.

Only gave two stars because of the initial greeter and the security guard. I didn't care for the girl who helped me at all. There was a really long wait and they didn't appear to work any faster to service customers. One of the customers came in with a dog. He got better service than any of us puny humans. He wasn't even a service dog.
