Best granite supplier in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Wanted to upgrade my kitchen counters to granite in a newly built house. The product itself was satisfactory but the customer service was lacking. Received the wrong colored sink and didn't find out till I had taken it home. They did fix the issue but but blamed it on the company they bought the sink from... apparently they don't check their inventory when they receive it. I also told them I was replacing my entire sink. I assumed the sink came with the accessories since no one mentioned it. Once receiving the sink and seeing it was missing a matching flange and other parts I had to go back in and have them order parts that should have been ordered the first time. I was told they had a specific color of granite then paid for it and got a call the next day they didn't have it (disappointing to hear when you spend hours debating over a counter). After the granite was installed there was no follow up or anything from the company. Poor customer service all around. Wouldn't recommend and will be trying another company for the rest of my house projects. ~Shaliqua
