Looks a bit janky outside, but super-clean and organized in the store!! Prices actually are pretty reasonable for a corner store, and the employees are beyond nice to everyone there. ~Jacquelyn

James knows his stuff and is eager to help anyone. He helped multiple customers at once and made sure the process would take as little time as he could. My wife’s new tire failed after 8 days and I had to replace the tire on the road. I was extremely agitated to say the least when I went into the shop. Darrel Jones proceeded to calm me down and replaced the tire very quickly. I am very pleased with the Big O Tiers response. ~Mark

Gabby gave me such a great shopping experience! I came in w very little information and she took the time to track down the color I needed so I didn't have to go back to the jobs site empty handed. This was my first experience at a Sherwin Williams and Gabby singlehandedly turned me into a lifetime customer. Thank you Gabby! Went to Chipotle for steak bowl and carnita bowl. The drive thru had all the toppings one could want but the front was out of lettuce, black beans, peco, guacamole. The front couldn't borrow from drive thru. I'm assuming because of cross contamination. However they did find lettuce in the back and I finally received my food and left. My bowl was still good 👍 but..could have been better . ~Lisa

The sandwich was perfect. The bread was perfectly toasted. The restaurant was clean and workers were very patient and helpful. I am a picky eater and they made my sandwich just as I asked. ~Melissa

The store is always clean, and smells like a proper bookstore! The staff are always helpful and friendly, and many times I find books that I didn't think I would ever discover. A great way to recycle books, records and videos that still have so much useful life in them. ~Edmund

Be wary of upgrading to new phones. Salesperson assured me that I could upgrade for free with no changes to my plan. I upgraded 5 phones back in June and still am being overbilled and charged for phones they said were free. I am out hundreds of dollars and have spent hours on the phone with T. Mobile to fix. Always promised that it will be fixed on the next bill. Ha -shame on me for believing the salesperson. Hope someone reads this and learns from my very expensive mistake! Be very wary about any upgrades. ~Megan
