Be wary of upgrading to new phones. Salesperson assured me that I could upgrade for free with no changes to my plan. I upgraded 5 phones back in June and still am being overbilled and charged for phones they said were free. I am out hundreds of dollars and have spent hours on the phone with T. Mobile to fix. Always promised that it will be fixed on the next bill. Ha -shame on me for believing the salesperson. Hope someone reads this and learns from my very expensive mistake! Be very wary about any upgrades.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The manager was an absolute jerk and didn’t even listen to what I had to say, probably because the issue didn’t pertain to him. Sprint/T-Mobile is a joke and I’d recommend any phone service other than them. Also just a recommendation I would not ever have auto pay set up. Since October 2021 I have been charged over my payment amount each month and after endless phone calls, nothing has been resolved nor credited.

Started off with poor customer service at a West Chester location so I thought I would try my luck at this location to finally help resolve the account/discount on plan. Went to the store on Wednesday and was told I would hear back from a manager. Called back on Saturday and again relayed same information. I am chasing assistance at this store like I did previously. Really can't understand why it is so hard to get some resolution on this account or at minimum a call to let me know it is being looked into. No respect for customers experience and certainly not to the Veterans when all you want is to get the Military discount applied and plan appropriately reflecting so we can stop paying atrocious amounts each month.

I ordered two iPhones via online and I went for the pick up. I had to wait just 10 minutes to pick up my order. It was not bad since there were two customers. You can park your car in front of the store. It very good you don’t have to walk. The staff was good.

Horrible customer service! They lie to you, forge signatures & wont dont anything to take accountability for their actions. Pretty sad they would rather lose business than to take care of their customers that have been with them over 14 years!

Called their twice yesterday about my new phone that I had just got in the mail and wasn't working properly. They had no interest in helping me. They then told me they were busy and would give me a call back but they never did.
