James knows his stuff and is eager to help anyone. He helped multiple customers at once and made sure the process would take as little time as he could. Be wary of upgrading to new phones. Salesperson assured me that I could upgrade for free with no changes to my plan. I upgraded 5 phones back in June and still am being overbilled and charged for phones they said were free. I am out hundreds of dollars and have spent hours on the phone with T. Mobile to fix. Always promised that it will be fixed on the next bill. Ha -shame on me for believing the salesperson. Hope someone reads this and learns from my very expensive mistake! Be very wary about any upgrades. ~Megan
