James knows his stuff and is eager to help anyone. He helped multiple customers at once and made sure the process would take as little time as he could. From the beginning negativity, he only knew how to call to say that he does not know, and then I call customer service they tell him that it is possible and he tells me no and to go to another store

Only took me 2 weeks to get a new phone systems were down seems like everyones hamds were tied! I tried to get physical help! In-store the in house employees were great they just seemed like the had thier hands tied up by corporate nonsense....ended up on the phone with customer service till 3 am 3 days in a row..customer service went down hill,great phones ,plans! But, My wife and i figured sense they have been going threw a merger with sprint we would giving them a chance to turn things around ,still a loyal customer just been a nightmare the last few weeks ! like losing a body part without my phone ... And again the customer service reps were as helpful as they could be ,but agi Again it was like corporate had them all tied up ,with very few options on reimbursement of money lost wile they laterally couldn't sell me a phone . Because systems being down and all that mumbo-jumbo lost about $ 1000 in business this month, i wrap and detailing carz and that's a conservative estimate ....

Best experience I've ever had at a phone store. Brittany went above and beyond for me and made sure that my switch to T Mobile went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Beware of this store. It's a franchise location and will tell you anything to get you to do business with them. Then you get your bill from Tmobile 30 days later and it's nothing like they told you. Then they point the finger at corporate when you call them on their lies. I was with sprint for 20 years and not going to last 2 months with Tmobile. Don't trust this location.

The associate said the same thing to me (we don't do insurance claims). He doesn't even know his own policies not going back to that store ever again. Know your store policies

The associate we spoke to showed really questionable business practices. Went in the inquire about repairs on a phone (insured), he insisted it was not possible to repair and pushed an upgrade. They are not actually a service store (our fault) but he then sent us to another location that was also not a service repair store. The Bridgewater location was great even though they were not set up to repair, they did get us in to contact with the appropriate people, who are repairing the issue no problem.

T-Mobile is the best place there is for cell phones cause they have the cheapest prices and the cheapest monthly charge or rate there is..they also, and i mean everyone, have a 3 day extension with no charge and i mean a 72 hour extension and they are the only ones that have this the other companies don't they just have a.bridge payment and sometimes a day grac.e period .
