Even though food is good. I like that the workers are what tops it off. They train well.

The sandwich was perfect. The bread was perfectly toasted. The restaurant was clean and workers were very patient and helpful. I am a picky eater and they made my sandwich just as I asked.

Firehouse Subs is a great sandwich shop and is worlds better than Subway. My only complaint is that you can't add a ton of veggies the way I would like. But I still prefer it to most sub shops.

Decided to try this place for the first time. Ordered the cheese steak. From the moment I opened the box I was totally taken. The first bite was indescribable. I promise this is the only place I will get a cheese steak from now on.

Good subs but they need to bring back all of the hot sauces. Plenty of other things you still have to touch in the store but somehow the hot sauce bottles are the COVID death sentence?
