Went to Chipotle for steak bowl and carnita bowl. The drive thru had all the toppings one could want but the front was out of lettuce, black beans, peco, guacamole. The front couldn't borrow from drive thru. I'm assuming because of cross contamination. However they did find lettuce in the back and I finally received my food and left. My bowl was still good 👍 but..could have been better .

No extra meat that I pay 5 dollars for , no extra cheese or Rice in my bowl. Shouldn’t have to pay more for Servings if they don’t give it !

Placed order online and got the wrong food. They called and asked me to bring it back and then they would remake it. Talked to employee face to face and she wrote down the order. They remade it and still got it wrong. Called to complain about the remade order. Was on the phone for almost 10 mins rehashing the incident until they figured out what the problem was. It was only after the employee admitted to wrongdoing that they offered to give me a credit for the next time, with an apology. BTW, this was the 1st time ever eating here, and probably the last based on the whole episode.

Worst Guacamole I ever had from a Chipotle restaurant! Favor is not there at all, definitely missing some ingredients everytime I come. Guess I’ll stick to the Fairfield location up the road

Definitely don't recommend ordering online from this location. I've never once received the correct order when I've ordered online, and often receive what tastes to be the dregs of the ingredients (dry toppings, very little rice, etc.). When they get it right it's very good and I've not had a bad experience ordering in person :)

This place is awful! Out of dressing, beans are throughly cooked. My order was drowning in sour cream. Could not hear server due to the loud music playing. Poorly managed!

Don't bother going through the drive-thru window. You'll be sitting there for 15 or 20 minutes every time until someone helps you. People will continuously walk by you, look at you and not come to the window. They'll completely avoid you. It happens every time.

No issues but for God's sake can your employees tell the customers to stop leaning over the glass? Saw this nasty guy just resting his body over the food, yeah I get it, that's why the glass is there but it still seems like a health hazard...

Always running out of chips, and everyone working reeks of weed or B.O... If you order pick up, get there 5-10 minutes BEFORE your pick up time so your food is actually warm-ish.
