We are running a business, it seems there is a high turnover of mail delivery people. If they do not have mail for me, they do NOT BOTHER stopping to see if I have outgoing mail! I have had mail sitting in my office all week, and the mailperson just walks by without checking. I am running a business, I should not have to chase you down for YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!!!

What a joke. Just don't call. Delivery lady didn't want to get out of her car so she drove away mad. When I drove up and asked her what's up she gave me a number that called no one (supposedly her supervisor). Lazy worker with no accountability.

My package showed up days late and covered and damage inside and out. At one point the tracking number stopped working which I can only assume was when the damage happened in Brookfield Milwaukee. Every time I ship with USPS I regret it and this is the final straw. Looks like it was ran over with a pallet jack. There was a little message on the bag saying "we care" and they regret the damage but there's no way to contact them on there and they didn't offer me any resolution for this issue.

Justin with 7 reviews that gave this place 1 star, this is a direct response for you. If you went to Popeye's on 39th Ave for dinner tonight and they were filthy animals there with cold dry food, would you use the Hwy 11 location in Racine to write your review or the 39th Ave location? No different here, if you have a problem with Brookfield shouldn't you give them the review instead of this location? And in case you're wondering I gave this location a 5 because they are nice there and the place is clean and they should know that some of us appreciate the service they provide and no I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone that does that I know of. Have a nice weekend, hope you get clean mail from now on!

I couldn't believe how low the rating score was because they are always helpful when needed and most of the employees are friendly and kind which is why I'm giving them a 5 star review. I had to read the other reviews to try and figure out why their score is so low and I'm not sure why I am surprised but out of the 20-30 (yes I read that many even though I don't really have time) reviews I did read at least 98% of them had nothing to do with this location but with the Postal service in general. Literally someone gave a 1 star review and asked a question " Why did I see someone driving a Post Office vehicle on Sunday? Aren't they closed on Sunday?" Really???

Hi! I’m trying to reach someone about mail I put in a mailbox in the Kenosha business park. After putting them in, I realized some envelopes required additional postage. I wrote a note and put it inside the box so I can come to the post office and pay for additional or add my own extra stamps. These are Easter cards I need to have corrected ASAP before they go out. But I can’t get through to a person or figure out how to do that without camping our at the postbox. Which has likely been picked up. Please reach out! Thank you

Why is there no overnight drop box for prepaid parcels? Seems like a pretty standard thing. I ship a ton of packages and just moved to the area. This will become a major annoyance.

Never mail from this location. Worse place ever. I mailed invitations out from this location. All the invites were clearly dropped in a puddle, missing labels, or never got delivered or returned to sender. I complained and ask for some type of reimbursement due to all the invites being over $100. They said they can't know it happened at their post office even though all the invites went to different locations and there's nothing they can do. They denied responsibility for everything and everything. Also received conflicting stories from two different people. This post office damages mail and takes no responsibility everyone there should be fired

My mail person is great and always greets me with good cheer. And I love our downtown Post Office crew. They have always been helpful and friendly. Once I placed an important package in the mail box that was not intended to be mailed. They were great in helping me retrieve it and very patient with the extra work that was required to do so. The PO is part of my community and I support it 100%!
