Very courteous and attentive service from the lady in the front. I think her name is Alyssa. The technicians that worked on my car were quick. I was pleasantly surprised how fast it took to get my car back. Everybody was very professional. ~tim

Most of the staff and pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. It is one of the most efficient pharmacy stores in Beloit. I stopped visiting this pharmacy store at the beginning of the year after a few occasions of racist and judgemental remarks by a pharmacist. I gave another try after a couple of months, and fortunately, I didn't come across to that disrespectful lady. Now she is back from her maternity leave and again repeated racist behavior. Finally, I have realized that she has a tremendous amount of hatred towards the people of color. I'm sure many customers must be her victim. I still buy groceries from this store but will not refill medicines because of this racist and rude employee. ~Tim

California born and raised, we don't have Piggly Wiggly so I was a bit hesitant about a grocery store with such a... "unique" name. I was impressed! Huge selection at reasonable prices. I decided to get a membership card (free) to take advantage of even more discounts. Pleasantly surprised. ~Daniel

They did a really good job on my 2011 Malibu a couple of years ago. Couldn't even tell it hit a deer. So I didn't have any problem bringing our vw beetle for repairs. They work very well with State Farm. ~David

Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite places to shop for.groceries. The prices are unbeatable, the product quality is fantastic and the store size makes it easy to get in and out quick when we only need a few essentials. In ten years, I've only had one member of staff come across as rude (and she's not there anymore). Every other interaction was friendly and helpful. ~S3r3n

This Walgreens has discriminated against me for no reason and soon will be filling a complaint against this location. I was told my insurance was invalid and that it wouldn’t cover my needles even though I had the same insurance for the past 5 years due to my job. I will be reporting the male pharmacist at this location who had no valid reason to deny my insurance. I had to do a mail order and looks like my insurance covered it for a great price $6 not over $100! ~Zavi

I have been a patron of this location for over 10 years. I go there quite a bit since it's a mile from my home. Always super helpful and friendly staff. Until today. My Mother and I went there to use the mobile phone photo kiosk. I use it all the time. Most of the time the rep tells me to wait because the pictures would be ready soon, instead of coming back at the time stated on my screen, which is an hour. I asked Toni, the employee at the photo department, if it would be an hour and she said no, so we waited. The message on the kiosk screen said photos would be ready at 5:20pm central time. She totally disappeared for quite awhile, came back and said they would be ready in 10 minutes. She disappeared again for about 20 minutes. I went and got another rep and he started messing with a printer for another 10 minutes, saying nothing to us. Finally I asked if there was a problem. He said he had to wait for Toni to come back out because he didn't know how to do something. Another 10 minutes went by. He said she was counting drawers. Then she came out, walking very slowly, uncaring about how long we had been waiting. By this time it was an hour and 10 minutes. No "Sorry for the wait." Nothing. I told her we had now waited more than an hour. She snapped at us, saying "It has NOT been an hour!" I told her the kiosk screen said 5:20 would be an hour from the time I placed the order. She said ,"Well, it was out of paper, so!" Very unprofessional. It was an hour and 40 minutes before we got our pictures. She handed me the envelope and told me to go pay the cashier. I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager. I was appalled to find out Toni was the manager! Someone who doesn't have a good attitude should NOT work in customer service, especially not in management! If I go there and see her as the manager, I will leave. We would have left and came back, but she said the photos would be ready soon. Since she took off, she didn't see that the printer was out of paper. The phone was ringing in the photo department but no one was there to answer it. She had a very ugly personality and I thought you should know how she makes your loyal customers feel. ~DEBRA
