I have always feel welcome at Kissimme Animal Hospital. The front staff is always very nice and attentive. Either in person or over the phone, they always answers my questions and concerns in a polite manner and made me feel my puppies are always well take care of. Actually, my older one has always had an aggressive attitude towards veterinarians. And instead of sending me away, they are always nice and work with us so my cranky boy always receives a great health care. In fact, once they step up when a surgery done at another place didn’t quite heal properly. And the literally saved my cranky boy’s butt. I also have an anxious puppy … she hates leaving the house. But again, the veterinarians and their team always knows how to treat my baby girl with patient and tenderness. Finally, I have two more puppies that are always happy to go with them. So, no issues with them… lol Anyhow, they have been opening a few veterinarian offices in Lake Nona, closer to where I live. However, I am so happy at Kissimmee Animal Hospital that I don’t even entertain the idea of looking somewhere else. They really know how to take care of us. They are the best!!!!

Amazing experience from phone call, to setting up my appointment, etc. I was immediately helped and taken to a room. When We got to the room, I was a bit bummed because it was the same room I had when I put my Dog down and the nurse noticed and asked if something was wrong. I told her ( Not complaining about it but that but that it brought back that difficult/Sad day and to my surprise immediately ask if we wanted to switch rooms. That right there is the best and most unexpected reaction from a nurse and truly appreciated that she considered my feelings. This was my second visit but this time for my Cat Luna. Wow would definitely come back with my fur babies. Customer service like this isn’t found everywhere and man they know how to do it here. Thank you for the consideration about the room change. I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for a room change but to be offered that with the circumstances is amazing.

We have been bringing our animals to your office for a little over 2 years now. The compassion and gentleness with the animals and the guienuine care for them and us humans is what keeps us coming back. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they never treat us like we asked a stupid question. All our questions are responded to with care.

I had to have my dog seen under an urgent basis. I was able to get in quickly and the Dr was very patient, compassionate and explained everything very clearly. The office staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend.

We have been using Kissimmee Animal Hospital, since 2004. They have taken care of all of our dogs. They are compassionate, caring, and part of our family. They love your pet like you love your pet. The staff is amazing and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We emergency called knowing our 12 year old pupper had just had an hour long seizure we couldn't get him out of. Every staff member was kind compassionate amd treated our Rascal with kindness while we held him in his final minutes. We appreciate your kindness.

First time here. We had a late afternoon appointment and were seen on time. The entire staff was VERY nice, professional, and caring. They took their time to explain everything clearly and sent us home with meds at a very reasonable price. Our dog is doing great. Thank you!

Dr. Jill was awesome! The while staff is very compassionate. We had to have our German Shepherd put down and they came to the truck put her in the stretcher and buckled her in. The people her treat your fur babies like humans! Amazing job! 5 plus stars

It's rare to come across a physician who promotes the best possible care and treatment for your dog without the promotion of expensive meds or surgeries. This was found in Dr. Vope. She is caring, efficient, knowledgeable and explains her findings in a way we can understand. She doesn't rush the appointment and makes sure to give you and your pet her full attention.
