The staff and doctor are wonderful! They really care about our pets, and even followed up with a telephone call the day after our dog's visit for shots.

I've been going here for years. Recently my dog stopped eating. After an x-ray it was determined that she ate something she shouldn't have and there was blockage in intestines. My dog was getting sicker and weaker the longer we waited. Doctor Turzhanskaya and Maribel complete the surgery long after working hours. Thanks to them I didn't have to say good bye to a friend. The staff care for their patients as if they were their own.

2nd dog treated by this team. Good visit! Today the new younger "nurse" could be a bit more personable like the rest of the staff, but she should get there with time! Natela and Maribel Fantastic as always!

I feel like this place really cares about your animal the doctor is amazing and I don't remember off the top of my head who the front desk lady is but she is so super sweet Very great hospital very well recommended

We absolutely love the Veterinarian at this office. She has a great bedside manner, compassion and love for all her patients. We actually drive 50 minutes one way just to go there. Very easy to talk to and never pressured us on what we needed for our fur babies. Best Vet I have ever been to honestly. Why only 4 stars because after going to them for 3 years they have decided to close on Saturdays. Lots of people work and don't have time during the week to bring their pets in during the week. When I asked why they stopped I was told in a not so nice tone, " we have to have a life too." I am extremely sad we have to find a new vet but we will keep checking to see if they open back up on Saturdays because we will be back.

Most definitely an amazing Veterinary Office. Our dog loves the staff and they’re so pleasant and thoughtful. Thanks for being so sweet. The office is cleanly, love when they do seasonal back drops too. Just saying. Cute office vibes all the way. Highly Recommend.

These are the faces of dogs who enjoy going to visit their veterinarian. They get so excited and happy, that’s how you know they’re loved there. I’m beyond grateful for them at BVL. So if you’re looking for a veterinarian, stop looking. This IS the place.

This vet is just amazing. She’s thorough and will go step by step to diagnose. It’s clear she loves animals and loves working with them. The staff is kind and organized. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your furbaby here.

I love the BVL Veterinary Hospital! My dog, Diamond, is 5 months old and this is the best vet I have taken her to. I only wish I had found them sooner. They are so kind and helpful. They really listened to what I was saying about my dog instead of just trying to diagnose her within 2 seconds of seeing her. Each visit they seem almost as excited to see her as Diamond is to see them (which is a hard level to reach).Overall, great vet. Nothing but positive to say about my experiences to date!🐶🐕🐕

My two dogs have been patients at BVL for a while now and we have always had great experiences there. However, Last week exceeded all of our previous visits. I woke up to my dog having a bloody ear and a rash on his body. I called BVL and they were able to work him in on the same day. Maribel was our nurse and she was AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely informative, attentive and very personable. I had to drop by fur baby off for the day which made me a little worried but she called me with updates and told me what a good boy he was. It eased my worry because I knew he was in good hands with her. Thank you Maribel and the BVL staff for taking such good care of Maksim :)
