I recently started attending this vet as I just moved to the area. I understand the main vet has recently passed so they are on a rotating system with vets. I don't mind this however, because my experiences have been great so far. I had to bring my guinea pig in for an eye ulcer and had never had to bring her to a vet before. The receptionist was so kind and personable explaining to me the vet situation and best course of action. The vet techs and vet for that appointment were kind and explained everything to me. They treated my guinea pig with patience when she started to become a bit irritated with all the handling. I even got a call a few days later to follow up and see how she was doing. I also recently had to bring my dog, Scooby, in for a health concern. Different vet, and several vet techs, all of which were kind and patient with my energetic dog. Everything was explained to me clearly with a treatment plan, including costs. I also highly appreciate that there is no waiting in the communal area as that was always high stress for my dogs since they (and me!) can be anxious in public. They have also been patient with me as I sort out getting my dogs' old records to them. I also find the prices reasonable. Will definitely continue to use this practice for all of my furry family.

Very clean place, very friendly staff I feel like I know them for years.Bringing my Husky to Bellalago vet make me feel contable and I know my pet is in good hands . My husky love to come to the Vet . And using the app Pet pro to communicate with them is the best. If you are from the area I definitely recommend to bring your pet to this facility. Thank you Bellalago vet staff for a great service.

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive to me and my dog. I ordered Nex Gard for 1st time. I wish the Dr or nurse would have shared the precautions for dogs with neurological issues. Then when I looked to read the box, the RX label covered the information. I had to peel the label back to read it. I suppose I could have asked more questions before ordering a 12 month supply :/

This is the worst customer service I have ever experience! If you enjoy having peace I do not recommend this vet. JIM THE MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. Very rude & unprofessional. He refused to take care of my sick dog due to his company and staff reading a bad review that was placed 7 months ago complaining about the service which had nothing to do with how they treated my dog. The review was strictly stating our experience with Jim the manager. My dog needed to be seen by this vet due to some concerns we were having and he did not care and choose to ignore my dogs needs. How is that even a vet when I'm asking to treat my dog not me. Was very rude and inconsiderate. We asked to speak to our dogs vet he responded with the VET IS DEAD SHE IS DEAD??? If you have manners you can state she passed away. This manger doesn't fulfil customer service. Do not attend this vet even it is close by your home. Also keep in mind my dog was receiving monthly prescriptions for her flea prevention & now when my dog is sick he refused service. How inhumane of a person. I feel really bad for the staff that has to work with someone who doesn't even know how to treat customers I wonder how he treats his staff. This place is not recommend what so ever. I never had bad customer service till today from any company this was just disappointing. Also if you go through all the poor reviews it is stating how RUDE is JIM the manager!!!! Thank you.

Absolutely love Bellalago. The staff there is incredible, the office is impeccably clean, & the prices are fantastic. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars are wait times. Every single time I arrive on-time for my appointment, I am still waiting 20/30 minutes to get seen by the doctor which is frustrating when on limited time. Minus the wait time, absolutely best vet I have ever been to.

This is really the best veterinary clinic I've ever found! The staff, the medical service, the attention of their employees and the love and respect they give to each pet is second to none. Unfortunately, Dr. Young is no longer present but, her love and respect for pets was so immense that she stayed in the clinic forever... You can feel it in the environment and in her employees. If you are looking for a place where they really take care of your pet in every way, this is the right clinic! I definitely recommend it!

I'm so glad I took my dog here. Not only is everyone super friendly and attentive but the place is super super clean. We all love our fur babies but sometimes the smell can be a bit much and this place was so clean. I was amazed by that. I cant wait to take the rest of my pest for their wellness visit.

My yorkiepoo was very happy with staff, I got a lot of great information on trainers in the area and nutrition for my puppy. They also checked for my babies surgery wound after been Neuter elsewhere. So far so good I hope it stays that way for the near future.

We have been going to Bellalago V.H. for about 10 years. We kept going through the valet service period during Covid. Although it wasn't optimal, they were doing the best they could and we appreciated it. Just recently they changed to allowing one pet parent go in with their pet. So much nicer. I'm so glad they can start this regular service again, but if you want, they can still do curbside. I am always happy with the level of service. I have seen some bad comments and can't understand them Some of them are from pet parents who have lost their fur baby, so I think some of that carries over into reviews. Also, some are concerned with prices for services. It's expensive everywhere, and not every one can afford extensive services, so when you have to choose between your pet's health and feeding the family, I know terrible choices have to be made. But that's not the fault of the vet. We are totally happy with B.V.H., even after the loss of their cherished owner, Dr. Christa Young. Sincerely hope they continue their services, as vets who will take an appointment as few. Good luck to them all!
