I came to shop here for off season sports clothing hoping to find them at discounted prices but it wasn't the case. This isn't the reason I gave 3 stars though, I like to browse around and see what items I can find while there since I don't do much shopping . As I was walking through the sweatpants section best the DSG section the security guard kept following me around. I have worked retail so I know that's normal to ask extent ONLY when there are solid reasons for further caution but I have none. I went through other sections and I noticed that same movement from the guard and it got to a point where it just got annoying. I hurried on out of there probably looking even more suspicious in his eyes which I just realized now. 😆

I got here often for my sporting gear. I usually have a pleasant joyous experience. However today I felt uncomfortable and as if I was bothering the cashier when expecting her to give me the simplest of human interaction. IE eye contact. And to not talk to me with her back turned. The cashier ‘Monica’ is the soul reason I’ll never return to this store.

They didn't have a decent selection of softball pants or cleats. When I asked for help we wondered around and followed the store attendant. He could not find them and said they must not have any. We finally found some and there was only about 10 pairs.

Great customer service from AJ in the bike Department! I almost purchased the wrong size bike for my son and he recommended another smaller size. He even put the larger bike together and made sure everything was working properly. And at the last minute I decided to get the smaller bike on his recommendation. He was helping me for quite a while, and I received nothing but the best service from him.
