This is just my opinion but it seems like you pay extra only to get Cole’s cash back. Often I check prices and realize the shirt that is half off is typically the normal price of a shirt similar. Although I do go Hear out of convenience I’m not a huge fan and try to shop here as little as possible. Sometimes you can find good deals.

I am totally shocked at how dirty and trashed this store was. Was going to buy shoes but the women's shoe department was thrashed. So were home goods. And the bathroom (gross) I got what I came for and left. Would have bought more. On the bright side the checkout was quick and easy and the clerk was friendly.

Love that they have Amazon return center. Found a few tops to buy. Wish they had my Lee relaxed fit straight leg work pants in store or on line so I could've used my 30% off coupon. 😞 please tell Croft & Barrow & Sonoma to make some sleep separates out of a cotton poly mix. Tencel, polyester, modal & rayon are just too hot to sleep in!

What I love about Kohl’s is returning items from Amazon. The process is so simple and cost savings. Just begin the return process on your phone then Amazon gives you a scan code once you’re at kohl’s they scan then take the item and you’re done. You’ll get a notification that a refund has started and within 2-3 days your money is returned. Simple. Bada Bing Bada Boom 😎

Small in comparison to other stores, so there are limited selections. I'm assuming they must have an issue with theft because I was being followed around the store. I am a regular at a nearby location and stopped here on my way through town, but I won't do that again. However, my cashier was VERY nice and helpful (a Filipino lady whose name I didn't catch).

I feel like the women's section dominates way more than the men's section in this particular location. The Elk Grove location's layout seems better than this one as well. Not sure why, but the shopping experience at this location feels off. Perhaps the store is too big for the amount of inventory they carry? I don't know...
