Bad for business, employees all working together to steal people’s stuff out of storage. General manager Jeremiah Lane tried to put on a facade like he really cared about all of my belongings BEING STOLEN and didn’t do anything. I confirmed that this location hasn’t had an auction since May 2022, so where did all of my items go and why did my unit have a zip tie instead of the lock that I PURCHASED FROM UHAUL? Still waiting on my refund, that Jeremiah promised.. IF YOU KNOW LIKE I KNOW DONT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. If you do, buy a ring camera and put it on your unit because JEREMIAH LANE will swear their cameras aren’t angled at your unit even though he admitted one of his employees signed off on the unit without explanation. Entire staff is incompetent and are thieves! Will be contacting corporate over and over until this is resolved and made right since I can’t get any Information from the staff working at this location and moving forward with a suit. People work entirely too hard to their items to be stolen and pay too much for storage for the “cameras not to be working!”

Worst experience. Did the mobile sign in...etc. Went inside to get the keys and before I could make it inside they gave the truck to someone else. Didn't have the dolly, brushed it off and said sorry we only had 2 and we gave them out. Gas was at a quarter tank causing me to pay $60 to fill it up and race to meet the scheduled movers. Got a call the night before and they said oh you should go this other route it will save you about $60....well it ended up costing me more. Then when I filled out the return info and asked for a call. I didn't get one-they just took the extra $101 and basically said too bad. I am a U-Haul fan-or I was. I think it really is just this location. But I may become a Penske girl.

First. When I got there my truck wasn't ready for my reservation so we had to stand in the sun and wait while they rearranged the trucks for us. Second. They didn't go over any gas policy whatsoever. Turns out you have to ESTIMATE how much gas you need to fill. Don't fill enough? You get charged. Fill too much (like me)? You dont get any money back and they get to keep the gas. Do you see how its a lose-lose situation unless you hit the gas exactly on the mark. Apparently they don't do gas refunds at this location.

Great experience here. I made a reservation online to get a hitch installed and the process went very smoothly. My vehicle was into the bay on time and the work was completed sooner than I was told it would be. The installer, Michael, was very professional, did a great job, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Based on my experience, I would recommend.

Truck rental broke down ten miles into the drive. They did not do a thorough maintenance check on the truck. Staff and manager were reluctant to help, never apologized for the inconvenience or tried to alleviate the issue. Had to reload a new truck, which delayed trip by 7 hours. Highly recommend using a different moving service or going to another U-haul dealership.

Less than 50 minutes before our truck reservation, they changed our pick up location to a different UHaul 10 minutes away and farther away from both our apartment and new house. No call, no email, nothing. We didn’t even realize it until we were there trying to pick up the truck and the website told us our gps was in the wrong location. It made us late for our reserved movers. Wildly unprofessional and discourteous.

I’ve been to this location on numerous occasions and normally don’t have any issues but today it was terrible. I went into the store and observed 4 male employees inside. None of them greeted me as I came in. The entire time I was in the store none of the employees offered to help me ( I was picking up boxes and struggled with them). After I struggled to bring them to the desk the employee asked me what I had (without verifying the amounts) and continued to ring me out all while gossiping loudly with the other employees. I went to leave after completing my transaction and again none of the employees helped me carry the boxes to the car. I also purchased tape and forgot it on the counter. None of the employees brought it out to me or anything. This is unacceptable for a bunch of men to see a woman and not offer help. It’s also ridiculous that these men couldn’t even speak to me when I entered the store.

I used U-Haul for a hitch installation for a bike rack. There was an issue with the system letting me schedule the installation before the hitch arrived so it made for a pointless trip to the store for my first appointment. I will say that Jeremiah provided great customer service following that experience keeping me updated when the hitch arrived, scheduled the correct appointment and got the hitch installed within 45 min of arrival. I would give 5/5 if it wasn't for the system failure the first time around.

I've used this Uhaul for various needs throughout my 3 years in the area. Dropped off one-way trucks, rented storage, rented auto transports, gotten more storage & now I'm moving in-town and called. Jeremiah was fast, efficient and knowledgeable on the phone. Answered all my questions and got me off the phone, booked up for my truck & storage unit and am good to go. Can't recommend him or this place any more. Nice job!

PLEASE listen to others who say this is the worst U-Haul they've ever been to. I think I've been to over a dozen U-Haul locations and this is BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had at one. The "manager" is inexcusably rude and condescending. Literally laughing at me on the way out with his buddies when I eventually left out of frustration. Zero even basic competence. If I can't trust you to use basic common sense and honor your own policy, I sure as hell don't trust you to make sure my hitch is safe or store my belongings. Please for the love of god do not go to this U-Haul location.
