The front desk Minute Clinic staff member was extremely rude to me and several other patrons upon my visit. She gave me the name "GiGi" but I believe it may be Gisela as she was hesitant to give it to me after I asked her for her full name. She was working at the check-in area at 8:30am on Tuesday 24 November of the Minute Clinic gave myself and others serious attitude like she was angry she even had to work there. I waited while she finished texting on her phone and never greeted with a "Good Morning" or simple "How can I help you?". She never even asked me for any details about my medical situation. Very poor customer service and unwelcoming staff member working the front check-in who should be fired. There are plenty of folks who would love to have her job and do it with a good attitude and respect. Somehow I dont believe this was simply a bad day she was having due to her very poor attitude.

Much easier than trying to get an appointment with my general practitioner. Great to deal with and extremely thorough. Highly recommended if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms.

Nurse Practioner Anna is amazing and has helped our whole family through this flu season. She’s fast and her clinic is clean.

Horrible -3 visits to pharmacy two days later still no Perscription because lost electronically only recourse drive back to store of origin 1 HR away or call 800 number to submit form. I am now paying for another dr visit at patient first. Never ever again
