The front desk Minute Clinic staff member was extremely rude to me and several other patrons upon my visit. She gave me the name "GiGi" but I believe it may be Gisela as she was hesitant to give it to me after I asked her for her full name. She was working at the check-in area at 8:30am on Tuesday 24 November of the Minute Clinic gave myself and others serious attitude like she was angry she even had to work there. I waited while she finished texting on her phone and never greeted with a "Good Morning" or simple "How can I help you?". She never even asked me for any details about my medical situation. Very poor customer service and unwelcoming staff member working the front check-in who should be fired. There are plenty of folks who would love to have her job and do it with a good attitude and respect. Somehow I dont believe this was simply a bad day she was having due to her very poor attitude. ~Rob
