Great deals and very helpful staff. Perfect spot on the mall too very close to the food court. Plus I actually received my refund in less than 4 days after the warehouse got it. So in total it was less than a week! Maybe this is a growth opportunity for adidas to make returns easy and offer in store credit for online and in-store returns? I'd love to have this option in the future. Adidas is amazing! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I was shocked when I was stopped by a store clerk as I was leaving the store suspecting me for steeling a shoe that was in my daughter’s stroller. We brought the shoes back hoping to find a smaller size and since we didn’t we decided to keep the shoe that we bought a day earlier. The store clerk asked if we had the receipt for the shoe which we provided. It was the first time in my life to be put in that very awkward situation in my wife and kids presence.

Showed up to buy a sweatshirt I was on the fence about, and refused entrance to the store 15 minutes before the store closed even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Wasn't even told why, was just given the hand slashing across the throat motion by the bulldog doorman

Been here several times. Adidas shoes is pretty much all I wear. And this is one of the better places to go for the best prices. Selection isn't huge but again usual half the price. And the staff is pretty knowledgeable.

Great selection of clothing (hoodies,Hoosier, pants and shirts). I was actually able.to find a team Germany game shirt! I only wish the had more colors in men's shoes. I can only own so many white and black adidas shoes. Only a suggestion, but is it possible to have more pastels in the men's shoe section?

It’s unfortunate that when I went to return these pants with receipt in hand - the rude and disrespectful employee Tyler told me that this company isn’t able to accept returns without tags. It isn’t weird that Amazon is a top company, with customer service and returns - literally had just returned the Adidas jacket at Dick’s sporting goods and they returned it with receipt no problem - even gave me a 10$ off receipt immediately. Will not be going back to the Adidas Outlet.
