Terrible customer service EVERYTIME! They cancelled an order because it came from an out of state doctor (and didn’t tell us until we went there), they didn’t have several prescriptions ready in an acceptable time, they had to order Tamaflu (which is a time sensitive medicine to take when you have to flu - should be in stock), and they jerked us around many times with availability and readiness. They only have to give attitude, not help. Awful, awful, awful..

Came in today to look for water for the hurricane, but I’m pregnant and needed to use the restroom. And omfg this poor excuse of a restroom deserves to be on a horror film. It made a zoom smell like flowers, I immediately gagged, it smells like wet dog and 10 football teams gym socks in the entrance and the restroom itself?????? No working water, murky handprints and dirt everywhere, no toilet tissue, nor paper towels. The only thing that worked in there were the lights and soap dispenser. I would have rather urinated on myself then to use that restroom. My GOD!!!!!!! Repulsive, the health department will be contacted because this is a pharmacy and a pillar in the Health community. What kind of example of health is this???????

I love being treated like garbage when I'm just trying to pick up a prescription for my baby. It's a horrible inconvenience to have to do your job if you work in the pharmacy here...especially close to their lunch hour(s). They are really personally offended to have customers dare walk up to their counter. Yikes. Moved the prescription over to the pharmacy inside target, who has lovely employees.

I wish I could put a zero star. Some reviewers here are absolutely correct. No customer service professionalism. Your waiting way too long inside and in the drive thru even on days when you go inside and they are not busy. Almost every employee here at this pharmacy seems to have little to no patience. Even previous employees that have worked at this location at 3035 Apalachee Pkwy. If you ask me my honest opionion. I think this one should be shut down in the pharmacy area and just keep the regular part of the store open for business. The best locations are the CVS inside Target and the ither one across from Walgreens across from the shopping center where Ross is.

I guess 'zero' stars is not available, because the average fast food joint is run with more professionalism and concern for it's customers than this 'pharmacy' with rude employees, who rarely answer the phone, contradict each other, treat customers like garbage and have no appreciation for the seriousness of what they're being paid to do. If ever a pharmacy deserved to be shut down...

What legitimate pharmacy has an answering machine that says they are closed for lunch at 2 pm? The lady who gives vaccines is nice. That's the only reason they get more than one star.

The worst pharmacy in town. It is one of a few on my route from work to home, so I try to get my allergy medications there, if possible. In the past year, along with all the other shortages, my allergy medication has been out of stock in most of pharmacies. I've called around to other pharmacies that are able to tell me if they have it in stock before I venture out. This pharmacy refuses to give any information over the phone and then hangs up. When I go through the drive thru, they again refuse to go look. They hide under the guise of it being policy, but the other locations don't seem to have this policy.... Something should be done to teach these pharm techs that if they aspire to a career in pharmacy or retail, they will need to actually work with the public.

On February 28, I came into your store to get some photos made. On February 26 my husband passed away, I was very sad, confused, but yet I needed some photos made of my husband and family. A young lady by the name of Marian, saw me and came over and asked if I needed any help ,thank God she did she is the most amazing person. She was very professional, kind and caring. Marian new that I was having a hard time, so she stayed with me ,she help me pick the pictures ,she showed me how to do it and she helped me print the most beautiful pictures, for my husband‘s funeral. Please let Marian know how much I appreciated her. Mrs Cynthia Himmer 3909 Reserve Drive Apt. 2818 Tallahassee Fl. 32311

I just went there for a birthday card. Very similar to a Walgreens. You got to join their network to get any kind of deal. I use Walgreens, my parents like CVS. Both laid out completely different from one another.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. This has been my CVS for the past 7 years and everyone has been great and very nice. Also got my vaccine here and it was such a smooth process. Sad to leave this CVS as I am leaving the state but they have been wonderful throughout!
