The Cluck chicken sandwich was good, even better with the good good sauce. Fries were good and tasty, though was more a sleeve of fry crumbs. Low price and quick, decent for the price.

One of the better Jack in the Boxes around Everett, but that truly isn't saying much, the food is as expected and not super exciting, but service is definitely notably better than the others in town.

Not my favorite area or place to go.. honestly have never personally ordered anything from this location, BUT I am a dasher, so I constantly am picking up customers doordash orders from this location when I am dashing in Everett. It's very weird because the drive thru and kitchen will only stay open for uber eats and doordash etc when it's passed 11pm. The place, drive thru lights, and ordering menu continue to stay lit up, But employees won't allow anyone to place an order when customers attempt to place thier orders... which is likely confusing to people who aren't working as food couriers. Parking: Parking is located on site. There is suffient enough parking spots. Although I personally would not suggest parking here at night, given the area isn't great. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are wheelchair accessible.

My visit was good..the food hot and pleasing .. A. new employee was trying her best to accommodate orders. She was having a challenge being new.. but she had a smile, patience, and a positive outlook even though it look like they were short handed. Good job girl... very pleasant..

I want to say that if I made this review about a month ago it would have been a ONE star because of the management that was there. They have changed management and did give me my milkshake that I ordered this time unlike a month ago. Although I got my entire order this time my current issue is about the size of the meat patty in my "Cheesy Bacon jack". It was a double but burger patty was the size of a slider and the bun dwarfed the patty by an inch in diameter. It was if the normal size patty was cut in half and reshaped to be a two patties. I was happy to get my order right but displeased with the burger I got.

The night shift girl Amanda is awesome, super sweet, gets our orders right and she always has a smile especially for having to deal with everything she goes through. Any other time I come here they don’t understand me, I have to repeat my self multiple times. I feel that this place is a bit a racist. I feel for Amanda, and the things that nice lady has to deal with!

The night time weekend girl is awesome, food comes out hot and correct... I gave the store a 4 star because any other time I come I either can understand the person taking my order or something is incorrect.

They always mess up my order and sometimes rude. The homeless is always around too. I feel for the homeless but when they're walking up to your car and staring makes you feel uneasy.

Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person. This experience has pushed me to report this location to the franchise.
