Don't go here! they charge more for adding to your sub and meal combos. Verified with the subway location on evergreen way, I called them afterwards and asked about why the price was more and they "didn't understand why I was charged more". I order the same meal everytime and the total is $14.67 at the subway at 5129 evergreen way. At this subway my total was $18.88! To add to being overcharged at this location, if it's a hot summer day it will be warmer inside the subway then it is in the summer heat. Do yourself a favor, save some money and eat in a air conditioned lobby if your going to dine in.

-1 star only because recently [at least this] Subway doesn't carry the tomato basil wrap anymore (toasting melts the cheese, but toasting subs makes crumbs go e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e). Note to future customers: Don't make it a habit to come late just because of this story (Subway workers have lives, too. But I do agree it might help to be open later, if possible). The guy working tonight was a hero sandwich, like something straight out of a kid's storybook. My mom misread it as closing at 10pm instead of 8pm. She and my sister made it right at 8pm. My sister had a bad day, and I guess he could tell when he told them, "sorry, we're closed". He was like, "Aww... alright. I'll make you a sandwich." Amid making them food, a family walked in. My mom looking at him and the time with an oopsie face, quietly: "Oh, no. Uh oh...." Again, apologetically: "Sorry, we're closed." The family of three kids looked bummed, one saying, "Awwww...!" Looking trapped as though he was just stuffed into a giant sub, the guy relented with: "...It's okay. I'll make it for you." As my mom and my sister were getting ready to leave after filling up for drinks, a guy who looked worn out as though from a busy day at work walked in. "Sorry, we're closed." My mom: "Oh, nooo! *Now* what are you going to do?" (mentally putting her hands on her cheeks) "Oh... it's okay. I'll take it." The customer lit up with sudden happiness. "Really??" Subway worker nods: "Yeah, I'll take your order." Worn-out guy, relieved: "Thank you!!" This world needs more empathy and compassion. This Subway worker? Showing it one subway sandwich at a time. Thank you.

Incredible food and service. Seriously. This is the best Subway I've been to in 10 years. The one girl working was quick and very nice. The food was actually hot when it came out of the toaster. Really great experience.

We were told they did not do kid sizes anymore, but the other subways we go to still do. This makes me think they just don't want to, which seems lazy to me. The staff working were not that friendly and seemed too into the conversation amongst themselves to listen to my order, which made me repeat my order more then a few times. I will not be going back to this one

The sandwich was very good. I had stopped going to Subway because the bread wasn't fresh. Yesterday the French bread way very fresh and the Parmesan dressing was good. A+ sandwich

They don't wash hands, ever. 2 dollars more than other subways per sandwich. Not clean either. Foot prints on tables. They short you in veggies and don't put them on evenly. Not good.

I ordered food from the app which is connected through DoorDash. Typically the DoorDasher leaves the food at the door and let’s us know through the thing that it’s been delivered but this time the dasher didn’t, she called us on a number that we don’t have anymore so we had no idea… then we called the store several times and we got no response what so ever which is frustrating I was hungry I work overnights and I just wanted to have some food and go to bed so me and my bf go to the store and which there was only one customer in the store and through out this whole time only had one other one and that’s it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t pick up the phone but anyways we talked to the worker trying to be nice about the situation but he kept interrupting wasn’t listening to what I had to say and assumed that I was saying something that wasn’t even close to what I was asking, just overall rude for no reason he said they have my food but they returned the money which was wasn’t even in my account still nor did the app say it was returned and he told us to just contact DoorDash support so we did the lady gave us options and the best option for us that we got was to have her talk to them and have them make out food again and give it to us so we get the food we paid for then when we did the guy refused to make us food THAT WE PAID FOR so in the end didn’t get food and I won’t get my money back til with in 2-3 business days. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and we always cared for the customers concerns and help them the best way possible but the proper customer service it’s being respectful and how you gain more customers as well and just building a good community in your restaurant, I also know how it is dealing with rude customers so I go out of my way to be as nice as possible for any worker out there. This wasn’t deserved.

This is going to be a tough review to write because my wife and I regularly visit Subway locations either at home or on the road. Until this visit we had NEVER encountered an issue with service at a Subway store. On June 20, 2021 that all changed. I placed an order online for two sandwiches. The app indicated the order had been received and was being prepared then advised the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at this location the order was not ready and the employee on duty said no order had been received and that I probably had the wrong location. I assured the employee that I had the proper location and asked why my order was not ready. He repeated no order had been received but he would fill the order if I could provide the details - this was unacceptable since I had already paid for the order and did not want to be charged twice. After further heated discussion I returned to the hotel we were staying at, grabbed my laptop, and returned to the store to see if the order had been received yet - it still hadn't been received and the employee still insisted he had only received one order online that afternoon. After much discussion and shouting I was finally able to have the employee get the owner on the phone who then walked the employee through how to pull up an order on the store computer - lo and behold I was at the right location after all! The employee reluctantly filled the order stating he "just wanted to get me out of there so he could go home". I fault the owner for failing to properly train his employee on how to handle a situation such as this AND the employee for failing to take the initiative to call the owner for assistance at the outset of the problem. Had that taken place this long diatribe would be totally unnecessary. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION - THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER LOCATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM!

Overcharged $4.00 for a sandwich and a drink that i always order and pay for at other Subway locations. This has got to be the most expensive sandwich i ever bought. I was hungry and left without the receipt so i decided that was on me but even still. Dont come here they are robbing people here!

I'm a fan of Subway. I was a little surprised that the person at the counter was not wearing a mask. Up to this point every store I had gone the employees were wearing masks (DT Everett location).
