Best fast food restaurant in Everett, Washington (WA) 2025

My visit was good..the food hot and pleasing .. A. new employee was trying her best to accommodate orders. She was having a challenge being new.. but she had a smile, patience, and a positive outlook even though it look like they were short handed. Good job girl... very pleasant.. ~N

Don't go here! they charge more for adding to your sub and meal combos. Verified with the subway location on evergreen way, I called them afterwards and asked about why the price was more and they "didn't understand why I was charged more". I order the same meal everytime and the total is $14.67 at the subway at 5129 evergreen way. At this subway my total was $18.88! To add to being overcharged at this location, if it's a hot summer day it will be warmer inside the subway then it is in the summer heat. Do yourself a favor, save some money and eat in a air conditioned lobby if your going to dine in. ~Artemis

Irma was so rude & unprofessional. She has terrible customer service. She was being so rude taking my order and was rushing me. I ordered the 2 piece meal & I requested to get no drink since I don’t drink soda. I told her to exchange the drink with 1 ranch sauce and she refused to do so and lied to me about not charging me for the drink. I looked at the receipt & it shows that she indeed did charge me for the drink. Not only that, the slammed the window in my face right after she handed me my order. The fries were extremely cold & the chicken was undercook. I have visit multiple KFC in the Washington area and I am a very loyal customer. This was my first time visiting this specify location & it will be the last after the terrible treatment I received. Customer service is very important. You shouldn’t be hiring people like this with no manners, respect & ignorance. I called the location 6 times already and they are refusing to answer my calls & to condemn this girl about her behavior ~Yassin
