We stopped by early morning and ordered our 5 items, it was ready when we got to the window and we inconveniently asked to add an item to our order while the drive thru was packed.... The manager at the window assured us it would be no problem making us feel better about the line and he had it for us I'm about 30 seconds and gave it to us on the house and thanked us sincerely for choosing Jack in the Box! Kudos Monroe JitB!!! You were above the bar again today!

I don't know if this place is trying to go out of business or if they're after the district manager's job or what's going on here. This is one of those places that refuses to open the lobby even though covid has opened what 8 months ago if not more still can't go inside I don't know why. The intercom hasn't worked in a year you can't order it to the menu you have to order out the window and when I got to the window and I ordered I got myself a bacon ultimate cheeseburger meal and I wanted a vanilla shake and she looked at me like I had slapped her and told me that they didn't have milkshakes I'm like it's on the menu !!!!! And she said nothing she just stared at me so I stared back and she stared some more asome more at me and then took my money and I drove away strange experience Strangest experience I have ever had at a Jack in the Box

So yeah, I always call it gag in the bag, & it's fast food, but seriously it's right at the top of the fast food options out there. They took that e-coli issue they had years ago seriously & moved to the top of the heap. Spicy chicken sammich is my favorite!

This place refuses to open their lobby for dine in or take out. I drive a large vehicle that doesn't fit in the drive thru. It's been almost a year since the covid restrictions were lifted. I don't understand. They must be loosing so much business. I just want a breakfast burrito for crying out loud!

Today I decided to go through drive thru. When I pulled up to order, I was greeted quickly through the intercom. I ordered the loaded tiny tacos without lettuce. Leaving all the goodness of cheese drizzled over tacos with the hot sauce. As I drove up to the pay point, I was greeted again but this time a person behind the voice. Deb was very helpful and smiled with great communication overall. It was a hot afternoon, so I asked for a cup of ice water. Here she was so nice and filled a cup with ice water and handed it to me. My order was quickly made hot and ready with napkins and a fork. My experience going through this Jack in the Box was amazing! I am thankful and enjoyed pulling up to(Deb) a good employee with great customer service. Thank you.

Debbie at the drive-thru is an absolute Rockstar! Customer service is stellar. She just helped me it was a very long line probably 10 or more cars and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Her multitasking abilities are extremely impressive and she does all of that and gets the orders correct the cash handling all while maintaining a positive attitude and kindness. I really enjoy interacting with her whenever she helps me. My meat lover's burrito was so good and just the right temp as always.

Just went through the drive in. Watched as the guy stuck his fingers all the way inside the cup and ran his fingers all the way around the sides before putting ice and pop in the cup. So gross. What was he doing? Why would he touch the inside of the cup? It was so disgusting. And uncalled for. When asking the gal for a new one at the window she had an attitude about it. I would like to see her drink it, not knowing where his fingers have been.

Edit: did as asked and went to the website, was contacted once and then never again. Followed up and was told that the complaint was sent to the district manager but nothing is coming of it. Bf went over there today and they were closed in the middle of the day. I guess they think a cardboard box blocking the drive thru and no signs is an appropriate way to let people know you're closed. Went through the drive thru twice tonight, ordered a bacon cheesy jack burger with American instead of Swiss cheese and no mayo. First time I got a plain double burger with only mayo. Second time I got a double burger with only a slice of Swiss. No bacon, no cheese sauce. They're now closed even though they are advertised as 24 hours so I can't go back and get it fixed again. I don't mind that they're not open 24hrs, but if they aren't they need to not have that stated on their window and on Google confirmed 6 days ago. I also now don't have a receipt to get my money back tomorrow because they took it from me.

Great customer service from Debbie at the drive-through. She was by herself managing a long line. It energized me for the whole day, just seeing how she's multitasking with a positive attitude! The burger was quite good for fast food.
