Went to this location 18 Auburn Way N, Auburn, WA 98002 to cash a check from one of their customers but they wouldn't cash it, it was for $3,200. It was more than what there policy states. If they check the account and the money is in the account and they call the person to clarify that they wrote the check to me they should cash the check to me. It should not be a problem! I've always had problems with Bank of America even when I was there customer. They messed up my account and it wasn't my fault.

The manager never helps when there’s long lines. The line is always huge. They need more help in here for sure. Waited 30 mins to get to the podium. It should not take almost an hour EVERYTIME I come Get it together Bank of America!?

Andre is rude! Called to ask about notary services and notified me they don’t have anyone this week, I asked if there was another location and he exhaled and said “you know I don’t have any idea”. As a consumer what we want to hear is “I’m not sure off the top of my head but let me see if I can find out” so as I asked to speak with someone else he asked me why. I stated so I could get someone with a willing and helpful attitude. He clearly doesn’t care how hard it is to even get someone on the phone. He literally would not get someone to help he just hung up the phone. As a consumer people will not do business with you just because of people like this. But this sadly is the BOA brand!

The bank itself is a little slow but fine. Their policy of not accepting damaged money is ridiculous. I was told I'd have to send it in. This happened with a 100 dollar bill previously then a 1 dollar bill today. In the case of the hundred, Chase replaced it for me even though I don't have an account there. Might be time for me to change banks after 50+ years.

Bank of America has really milked this COVID situation. Half of the time this branch is closed, their phones are shut off, they post inconsistent hours opened. You go into the branch thinking it is open and you get to see a very lame note, on the door stating it is closed. How these people of B of A are still operating is beyond me!? Zero customer service when you call in via phone, a 45 minute wait to speak with any customer service person and then the transferring to different tiers of customer service, whom all say different things? It’s exhausting and beyond frustrating, dealing with anyone associated with B of A.

March 2021 I had an appt with Shakeel Uddin. By calling the representative, he had my issue taken care of. He made phone calls that took some time due to covid. Shakeel was so helpful and kind. I felt really comfortable. I will always use him when I need an appt.

By far the BEST banking experience I’ve ever had! They were fast and made sure that I was fully taken care of before I left. I appreciate all they’re doing health wise to keep their customers safe. You can tell the manger cares about her branch and wants to make sure everyone is well taken care of during their visit. Thank you Sarah and Auburn BofA team!

I hate this Location Already. And now CLOSED All week and Next week to. I need to check my safety deposit box. And every day I walked into the bank The Door closed. And there is a sign said email us if you want to make an appointment so I can check my Safety deposit box. Ok I send them an email and they are never get back to me. What's a joke.
