Wow!! I could not believe the numbers of choices on the menu...it was so difficult to decide. I ended up ordering the Southwest Chicken Salad, sweet tea, and a brookie and I did not regret my choice. I was with my siblings and had a taste of the French Dip which was amazing as was the New Yorker. I will definitely eat here again!! What would make this place even better: have a drink refill station so we can get our own refills, and offer smoothies and shakes 😁

My work has wraps here and I was thinking it would be the same, but I was completely mistaken. The wrap had a sweet and tangy sauce to it but it wasn't too strong just perfect. The tea was great as always. What else can I say? It's famous.

Great place to take your family and your friend's. The place is very nice and very clean. The food was fantastic the soup was awesome everything was very very good very very good. I would highly suggest this place for others.

Absolutely delicious. I used to come here after visiting the spa next door, and I would always get the number 55 with a pink lemonade and a brownie. This place is miles ahead of any sandwich shop like Subways. Features: Everyone wears masks

I wasn't at jersey Mike's I was actually getting food from a food truck parked in front of this restaurant. The happy lobster , it is a food truck that has some awesome and most delicious lobster sandwiches. I was told they come once a month and it was my first time trying them. They where amazing that I had to go and buy two more . There was a big line but the wait was totally worth it .

Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant, very efficient team. The cheese steaks are always consistently prepared perfectly. whoever is managing this location should be a district/regional manager as many other locations like Round Lake have no idea how to treat customers, or how to make a good cheese steak.

Jersey mike sandwiches freshly made to order are always the best. They cut the meat for your sandwiches right then and there in front of you if you’re getting a cold sandwich. They also make it with all the toppings and condiments in front of you also. If you’re getting a hot sandwich like the Philly steak they will cook the meat right there on the flat top Grill Freshly made to order.

This is terrible of me but I didn't even get the young man's name! I work from home ran out to grab a sandwich so I could eat half now 1/2 for dinner ordered my favorite got to the counter and did not have my wallet! So I downloaded Google pay and we couldn't figure out how the darn thing works. Needless to say the gentleman was so gracious and I did get my sandwich. I will truly pay it forward! You have the best employees in Lake Zurich!

First timer here. Great sandwiches made to order. The turkey and provolone I had was very tasty. This place is worth a second visit to try a hot sandwich.
