Food was fresh and hot, dined in and the tables each have ordering apps and plugs for cell phones or tablets, which was helpful for us on the road.

Drive thru service was extremely lacking due to several reasons. I had to repeat my order numerous times and the server kept entering the items incorrectly. Finally get to the window and recieved the wrong order. Also please note huge chunk of concrete is missing in the drive thru line!!! I will not be visiting this location again.

These guy make effort to go out of there way to make your food slowly as possible and to make it exactly the way you dont want it and if you deside to return it they will basically say you did not order it that way, like say for instance you order a sausage mcmuffin your going to get a sausage mcmuffin with cheese because they know everyone likes cheese and you probably just for got to say sausage and cheese mcmuffin well to the trash it went today because i cant stand old milk with additives if i wanted milk i would say can i get some milk with that

Terrible service. Paid on the mobile app have receipt on the mobile app and the bank that it charged my account but the manager told me I had to pay again. So I got charged 2 for no reason and they could not even see it and just be easy about it. Worst managers and service ever

These people in here are idiots. Every time I place a order using the app they always say that I owe more money when I pull up to the drive thru window. Today they say they cancelled my transaction and wanted me to pay again for the same order. When I told them I'm not double paying for a order the manager Maria came to the window being rude and refused to serve me unless I paid again. So I ended up outta $10 with no food. I'll just have to wait and see if my transaction gets refunded. Moral of the story DO NOT ORDER ON THE MCDONALD'S APP AT THIS LOCATION

Fairly clean and fast. Food was hot and at least my half of the order was correct. The kiosk is broken though.

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. Now I went in to order during the evening hours and clearly all the young high school kids were working, like around 7 or more. Most were standing around, a few were helping with orders and some were scratching their heads and none of the ones in the front were wearing gloves, shift manager included. One girl who was scratching her head had her bright green braids tucked into the back of her pants because they were so long. My order consisted of 2 chicken clubs with a discount code bogo free and ordered a frozen lemonade. The lady at the register didn't put the code in after telling her I had one 5 times and having the code on my phone toward her to see so when I paid for the order she said "oh I forgot". She asked that same manager and her reply was, " there is nothing we can do, we got him next time". That is your unprofessional response?? So I took the food and left. Came in next morning to speak with store manager and the lady who was the assistant manager went over to tell the store manager that I wanted to speak with her and her response was also priceless, she said "for what"? Now I am standing 2 feet away and could hear her. After telling her what happened she gave me sympathy food lol. To get your food hot ask for (made to order) everytime you go to McDonald's.

So many Karens here dropping their reviews. I've been coming here for years with no issues. One of the few places you can still get breakfast bagels. it can be hit or miss, most fast food places are. If you're looking for fine dining look elsewhere.

Lady working the counter at 6:00pm on 10/11/2021 was rude to my wife for no reason. The food is cold. Everyone in the back is more worried about laughing playing and cutting up to do their job. My wife complained that her tea was not sweet, she was told that it came out of the sweet container and there was nothing she could do. They then proceeded to try to out packets of sweetener directly into my wife's cup. After asking for a different drink. My wife's burger was supposed to be onion and pickles only. It came out plain. This place is not somewhere I'll be again. I hope management fixes their employees issues and attitude. At least the female employees here. The guys were nice. I'd stay away until they fix their issues.

Cold fries, cold nuggets, raw burgers, missing half our order, and didn't have drinks available. Completely avoid this place, they don't even answer their phone if you call for a refund. I'd give -5 stars if I could
