My Overnight envelope has been lost for one week. Monee USPS is the delivering site for this envelope. Even though the envelope has never been found the staff has been nothing but courteous I receive calls two nights in a row to confirm that they have never received the parcel cat left another Suburban location. Excellent customer service provided. ~P

The worst pizza I've had in my entire life. Hard, dry, lopsided crust. It feels like you're like chewing on sandpaper. The skin was literally was scrubbed off parts of the roof of my mouth just from trying to eat one slice. Everything has a weird taste to it.The cheese doesn't even take like the fresh mozzarella Pizza Hut uses. Whatever they gave me wasn't worthy of the moniker "Pizza Hut." Easily takes the award for worst Pizza Hut in Illinois. Don't even bother with the new Detroit pizza either since it's garbage. At least the food was ready when I got there so I was in & out in about two minutes. 1 out of 5 stars ~Nizel

Very very good. We got the thin crust sausage, mushroom, green pepper. Pizza looked picturesque. I’d like to try pepperoni mushroom next time. I’ll request the pepperoni on top. Edges were were super crispy. Very solid pizza. Will definitely return. ~J

Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. Now I went in to order during the evening hours and clearly all the young high school kids were working, like around 7 or more. Most were standing around, a few were helping with orders and some were scratching their heads and none of the ones in the front were wearing gloves, shift manager included. One girl who was scratching her head had her bright green braids tucked into the back of her pants because they were so long. My order consisted of 2 chicken clubs with a discount code bogo free and ordered a frozen lemonade. The lady at the register didn't put the code in after telling her I had one 5 times and having the code on my phone toward her to see so when I paid for the order she said "oh I forgot". She asked that same manager and her reply was, " there is nothing we can do, we got him next time". That is your unprofessional response?? So I took the food and left. Came in next morning to speak with store manager and the lady who was the assistant manager went over to tell the store manager that I wanted to speak with her and her response was also priceless, she said "for what"? Now I am standing 2 feet away and could hear her. After telling her what happened she gave me sympathy food lol. To get your food hot ask for (made to order) everytime you go to McDonald's. ~G

Old west style restaurant. Very good food & the soup was also tasty. Prices very reasonable. Had breakfast which is served all day. Also burgers & ribs & chicken! ~Jennifer

It's really all about the 7-11. They have the best coffee and donuts! It might just be because there are so few options in Monee for groceries, etc., but the donuts there are always fresh. Normally the cashiers are friendly, but this one was far more interested in getting back to her phone and what ever it was that she was doing while I was waiting for her at the register. ~Kami

Anything for a $… why sell parking space to Amazon? Because they can… mostly reserved parking spaces. To add to other complaints-So drivers park on Hamilton street - nothing is being blocked, wide street. Now City Police is “charging for parking here”… All trucks were given $100 tickets at 5:00am… ~Andriy

The manager Adam is rude, insensitive and basically acts kind but talks to you like it's a public aid office and you are beneath him or like I am his child, .he is not accomodating...this entire First Midwest to OLD NATIONAL has been a nightmare...it's not the same bank...I WILL FIND ANOTHER BRANCH!!!! ~Alika
