Late deliveries on ‘date sensitive’ mail. Sale fliers show up days past the expiration date. Some days I get no mail then the next day I get twice as much.

I was there a couple of minutes ago, Deborah took care of me she is one of the best employees. I been there before and she always been super nice. I won’t go anywhere else.

What a great experience. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We just moved to Monee. I needed help with pur mailbox key. Miss Deborah was working the counter. She got mr another key and also helped with the location of our mailbox. Thank you sooo very much for a wonderful experience

My Overnight envelope has been lost for one week. Monee USPS is the delivering site for this envelope. Even though the envelope has never been found the staff has been nothing but courteous I receive calls two nights in a row to confirm that they have never received the parcel cat left another Suburban location. Excellent customer service provided.

I would give negative stars to this particular post office if I could . USPS lost my package somewhere in transit costing me 400$ . The lady I spoke with hardly made any efforts to help me get to the bottom of the situation and pretty much questioned my credibility the entire time saying things such as are you sure you dropped your package off here because we have no proof of that . Well maybe because when I asked for a receipt , I was told there was no way to get one . And maybe because it was never scanned by the employees there . The woman pretty much told me it was my fault . What ? For trusting you guys to get my package to the right destination ? LOL WHAT A JOKE . I highly recommend not using USPS if you can avoid it because no one cares about what happens to your stuff . I sure won’t !! And I will tell all of my 2000 Facebook friends how terrible the service was here along with anyone I come in contact with just because

On the brisk morning of 10/13/2018 I received OUTSTANDING service. The store was clean. No waiting. The cashier was courteous, had a positive attitude, & very personable. I love this location.

I have had twice just this week several packages were supposed to be delivered and never were. Spoke with Lisa both times and she gave me nothing but attitude. She acted like my packages being delivered were not her staffs fault when indeed it was. I will be ordering all my packages from here on out to my mom’s house. Worst service ever. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Bought a gaming headset from Chicago, IL and it shipped through this post office facility - it's 2 days past the estimated deliver date and it still has not shipped out of here yet because of the "shipping partner" that the seller and USPS chose. You should pray your package never goes through this facility, and if it does, expect it to be lost.

Worst post office ever. Terrible service. IF you recieve your mail or packages ot might not be till 9pm. So they sit our over night. I've tracked my packages daily it says they are there and out for delivery. 3 days later, nothing! Ugh!

Third time I've tried to get a priority package pick up at my house. This time the package sat on the porch all day and night. I called twice to try to find out why and never got an agent. Called again the next morning at 8:10 and after a frustrating time with the automated system was told it was a 57 minute wait for an agent. So far, no call back.
