I get being short staffed and keeping your teller window closed while you are "technically open". But at the very least, provide a package drop off for people. You've given us the online tools to print our own postage, but we can't mail the packages... Staff is friendly, so definitely two stars for lovely people, but minus 3 for stupid procedures.

Post office very unprofessional, I had a passport appointment for last week Saturday and they canceled, scheduled a new apt for today And they canceled again. Very frustrating to miss work again because of there irresponsible staff!!!!

The window was closed for lunch on a Saturday (November 13). With reduced hours already on Saturday? I have never heard of a post office lobby closing for lunch? By the way - I could not post with no stars🤨.

The only lady working there is kinda nice but when we showed up on time for our newborn's passport application she told us we'd have to wait in the 5+ person line. It was too close to our son's naptime so we just left instead of waiting 15-30 minutes past our appointment time just to be seen. Why have appointment times if you're just going to tell us to get in line? She also wasn't wearing a mask, even in close proximity to young children and the elderly. We haven't seen her wear a mask since about March 2021. She also confidently gave another customer an incorrect answer about Dept. of State passport processing times (told the customer 10 weeks when the Dept. of State told me 16 weeks is the current time). Another time I came here during business hours and the service counter was closed with a sign that said only "Be back in 30 minutes" which is among the most useless and confusing signs imaginable. I waited there with like 3 other customers for about 20 minutes until I gave up and left. They need more people working here, and they need to follow COVID guidelines.

Friday morning 9:30. Waiting 20 minutes at the counter. No one working. They have a bell to ring that customers are waiting but the music in the back is so loud they can't here it. A man, (not in a postal uniform but in the back) spotted the long line and brought someone up who said "I don't do that" and just left. 40 minutes later and first in line my priority envelope was sent. To top it off, I had a USPS package delivered today. Required a signature. They rang the doorbell and were driving off as I opened the door a minute later only to find the tag that they "attempted delivery".

You have to give credit where credit is do. We have had a Sal as our postman for a long time and he does a great job. Over the past few days we have had a new postman and that is Anthony. Very clean cut and respectable young man. He introduced himself the first day and said he'd be filling in for Sal. Good to see a young person with Ole school values! Someone that it isn't just working for a pay check in this day and age. I sure hope the powers to be at the Post Office recognize him for his outstanding job. Great job Anthony bringing a 5 star rating to a 2.6 company is just what the US Postal Service needs!!

We use this Post Office almost every day. The new employees are fantastic: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for working so hard, especially through the busy holiday crunch.

The current staff at this post office are one thousand times better than the two older ladies who worked there previously! I have started using this post office again because the current staff are efficient and friendly - please do not change! Thank you.

Honestly this one lady who is always there will only come to the counter if you ring the bell about 3 times. Then gives you the worst customer service imaginable. Also, never use USPS if don't absolutely have to. They have lost 10 of my packages in the last 2 years. In fact they lie to companies claiming a package is delivered, but instead the hold it. When you inquire about where they are holding it. They tell you that you HAVE to call in for it. Everytime I have ever called I have to wait 2 hours on hold and then have robot tell me that I have to go to my post office to ask where it is. The best thing is, my tracker app tells me it is at my post office. But they claim they don't have it. So yeah, stick to UPS and FedEx.
