whats the point of receiving a tracking number that state when packages are suppose to arrive, when the employees decide to lie. I had a package that was suppose to come in by 4 pm, which is late usually, to my business, but i didn't receive it. On top of that, I own a restaurant, and two of their employees came in for lunch at 3:30... didnt want to assume they had my package but i truly regret that. Once, they claim our business was closed for not delivering something, when we were def open. Something needs to change.

I hadn't use USPS for many years and I'm super glad that I don't need to use this service. However, I went yesterday to the Riverside post office and I learned that nobody was there all day. Unbelievable!

Received great customer service from Lavinia at Riverside Post Office. She was patient, professional and persistent in correcting an issue I had and I am grateful she was the one helping me. She was working alone but was able to assist all walk up customers while still figuring out my issue. Can’t thank her enough for her perseverance and her kindness.

In addition to already having really limited/short hours, a very long lunch break, and usually 1-2 employees max, they are always closed at random times throughout the day with no notice. Don't bother going here. Just go to the next town over, and maybe they'll actually be open during their listed business hours.

Everytime I ship here the package is late! Looked at the tracking info and it just sits in their post office for days on end.

Terrible place, misplace and damage packages frequently. Also the phone number is wrong, it sends u to a robot, not a person at the store...

Our mail lady is a jerk. She is not delivering my mail to me. I have been waiting on my medical insurance card to come in the mail for about 3 weeks now. And the company said they already mailed it out 3 weeks ago!!!! I tried to say hi to the mail lady today and she was so rude. I remember when I was a kid having a nice mail lady who was so sweet, what happened to these people???? Did our government really make them so mean and evil and disgruntled????
