whats the point of receiving a tracking number that state when packages are suppose to arrive, when the employees decide to lie. I had a package that was suppose to come in by 4 pm, which is late usually, to my business, but i didn't receive it. On top of that, I own a restaurant, and two of their employees came in for lunch at 3:30... didnt want to assume they had my package but i truly regret that. Once, they claim our business was closed for not delivering something, when we were def open. Something needs to change. ~Adrian
