First time trying penske, because location was super close to me. I Needed a van, so I booked it in advance. Day before they called me saying if I really needed a van I would have to pick it up later, about 4 hrs later than expected. I said ok as I was flexible. Next day at the later time no van only box truck. It did not work for me. Upset as I already wasted my morning. I called asking when can I get a van. Remind you I was flexible so I asked for the next couple of days. They told me I can't because they are in high demand. I said forget it than. Next day I had a uhaul van waiting for me and it was 30% cheaper. Home depot staff was good, they understood. Maybe go here for box trucks only. Why over book when a customer puts a cc down, makes no sense.

Garbage was left in the truck and the gas tank was only 3/8 full. It should have been full,because I am sure they charged the people for gas who returned it before I drove it. Maybe a little petty on my part, but they certainly did not pay me because I returned it with more gas.
